Lewis - Accord
We were not intending to buy a vehicle but were very impressed by the Honda Accord. Your Salesman (Billy Day) was very informative and helpful. Great experience for buying a new car
I began following the announcements for the changes to the 2016 model Honda Civic last year. I have been looking forward to the day that I would be able to obtain one for myself ever since. When I first took a trip to Lithia Honda of Medford I did not intend on purchasing a new car, I merely wanted to get a more personal feel for the internal workings and take a test drive. Shannon Egbert approached me as I entered the lot, and was very helpful from the start. He took me to the car I was looking for, explained the new features I didn't know about and took me for a test drive. He was very helpful, and made the entire process a breeze. When I told him I wasn't exactly ready to purchase at that time, we discussed what they could do for me and gave me his card, letting me know I could reach for anything else I needed. After leaving the lot, all I could think of was that I really wanted to have that car. I took stock of whether or not this would be a smart decision for me at that time, and I just couldn't find a reason not to try, so later that day I returned to the lot. Shannon was, again, very helpful. He answered all of my financial questions and was very helpful through the entire process. We ended up being able to make the numbers fit into the budget I had worked out, and I was able to take my new car home that night! I would definitely recommend Lithia Honda to any friends or family looking to obtain a new car! Thank you Lithia Honda!

My contact, Nate, is very personable, sincere AND responsive. I enjoy interacting with him. The man in Parts who sold me a cargo tray was also eager to give me the information that I needed. I appreciated both interactions very much.When I went back to pick up the cargo tray, which had to be ordered, Paul was also very attentive.
