Great Service!

I bought my Honda Accord from Lithia in 2008 (still driving the same car). It was my first Honda purchase, altho we had bought my teenaged daughter a used Honda Civic when she was in high school. Lithia was wonderful. Not only did they not even blink when I told the salesman, Bernie (who is now retired) EXACTLY what I wanted (color, interior color, options, etc.), he went out of his way to research where in Oregon he could find that EXACT car & make sure to get it to me. I have been very, very happy with my car. Fast forward 10 years & I am still very happy with my car AND with Lithia. Even though it is a 170-mile drive to Lithia for me, I continue to take my car there for servicing, simply because they are so accommodating. They are fast, on time with their appointments (SO convenient for me to make appointments online with them, when I know I'm going to be in Medford) and another thing I've noticed is that they're not pushy. They may make recommendations about certain servicing, but then leave it entirely up to me on whether I have it done right then, or later. The servicing is done without fuss, on time & before I know it, I'm back with my car again. Have never, ever had a problem with my car after servicing. I am now thinking about buying a new car in the next year to two years. Where will I go? Back to Lithia. I will definitely buy another Honda with them. One of the things I have to worry about is having VERY dependable transportation where I live. It is a minimum of 100 miles for me to drive to any kind of store. If I need to go somewhere bigger for specialists (either Medford or Bend), it is 170 miles. And believe me, there's not much out there except juniper, sagebrush, & trees in between ... I need to have a car I can count on to get me places. Honda is that kind of car ... and I will buy my next one from Lithia!

Lithia Honda Understood Me

I just bought a Honda Clarity. The whole shopping and purchasing experience was really comfortable. Kevin Rafala and Daniel Hernandez worked together to give me a test drive, answer all of my questions and ensure that I was comfortable with my decision to buy the car. In the middle of the process I got very busy with some family obligations and Kevin and Daniel were perfectly responsive in checking in with me to let me know that they were there to help if I had any more questions while understanding that I would call them back when I was ready to re-engage in my buying process. Then when I was ready to buy they gave me the deal I wanted and made the process quick and easy. I LOVE the Clarity. The whole experience was great.

New Car Purchase

Our previous car was purchased at this dealership and serviced there as well. We were always pleased with staff as well as service personnel during this period. We did not consider looking elsewhere when looking for a new vehicle. Nick, our salesperson, understood our needs and directed us to appropriate vehicles on the lot. The C-RV we selected is an upgraded version of our previous vehicle which resulted in an easy transition. I had done considerable research prior to the visit and we negotiated a price which I felt fair to both us and the dealer. Not simple, but a pleasant transaction. I look forward to dealing with the service department again.

Wheel alinement

We had the wheels done at another shop about a month ago. When it was still pulling to the right, we brought it to Lithia (where we should have brought it in the first place!) Turns out the rear wheels were never done at the other place. Josh saw the issue and fixed it. We learned our lesson and now will onlt be Lithia's customers.

Excellent

Excellent customer service !! Received a shuttle ride home by Lee who is a pretty cool guy !! Jared our service person was kind & helpful !! Overall we would recommend Lithia Honda with excellent service

New car purchase

Very happy with my purchase of a new 2018 Honda Civic Touring car. Love the color and all the new safety features. The dealership is very friendly and we enjoyed the buying experience. The sales staff was very helpful I would recommend Lithia Honda to any one buying a vehicle.

First Service

I was on-time for the car's first oil & filter change and happily, they took my AWD car right away for the service. I bought the car here but this is the first time I got a chance to experience the service department. Viewing the service area, it appeared to be neat and orderly. After the service, Josh explained that everything else looked really good. We paid our bill and found our car in the lot. We were surprised to find the car not washed and the windshield dirty wiper-streaked. Admittedly, this is a small thing, but we were used to our old Honda dealer back in Mentor, Ohio always matter-of-factly courtesy-washing a serviced car which, I think, signals an indication of respect or customer appreciation by the dealership. And is pleasantly noted by the customer. Next time, I'll know to make my way to a car wash after service.

Service to fix a leaking windshield following purchase.

We dealt with several Service Department folks; Josh (not sure of his last name, sorry) Garad Stebbin, two courtesy drivers, the late afternoon shift individuals on site when we went to pick up the car and other staff. Unfortunately, did not learn the name of the actual tech guy from the vendor of Tom's Auto who actually fixed the windshield seal but appreciated his work immensely. All the individuals we personally dealt with were skilled, fabulous and knowledgeable, and concerned the repair job was completed to service standards and our complete satisfaction. It was. Staff was communicative and listened to us and gave our concerns their attention. We felt well taken care of at every level and are so happy with Lithia Honda of Medford.
