Except for one small glitch with the battery the buying experience was quite good and Brandon, the sales person, was extremely helpful and courteous. There was no hassle over price and the deal with my trade in left me quite satisfied. Brandon ran through all the features of the CR-V EX-L with me and my wife and coouldn't have been more helpful. So far I love the car and look forward to many years of enjoyable driving.

Everything was great I was just disappointed that they did not wash and vacuum my car. I thought that was something that was done at the dealership.
