Excellent service from the service dept
Josh Saltmarsh was super friendly and helpful. I was able to get my car in on the same day I called for the brakes. I even got my headlights polished to get rid of the yellow. Left a happy customer.

service was fast but pricing was outrages part was 13.00 labor was 512.00 you had the car for a total of 2 hours. So 250.00 an hour is extremely hi.

Great customer service!
I have been taking my CRV to Lithia Honda in Medford for service since 2014. The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. They always explain their service if some additional work is required beyond the usual oil change. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your service needs.
