I have asked several times for the name to be changed this is not rebecca pyle's car It belongs to Keith and Michelle Pyle Rebecca is our daughter I'm not sure why it keeps coming up with her name. Please change your records. I am really tired of asking for this to be done.

Scheduled Maintenance
Service staff were prompt, courteous, and the wait time was as indicated and pleasant in their waiting area. Scheduling was easy on their service site online, and I was back to having my car in use quickly.

Excellent service!
The service was wonderful. My daughter was in an accident and needed to use my Insight while her car was being fixed. It was an unexpected request, and I wanted Lithia Honda to inspect the car to make sure everything was okay for my daughter's drive home to California. I drove in, expecting to have to make an appointment for the inspection. Instead, Jayson said they would take care of it immediately. Within two minutes the car had been driven into the service bay. When the inspection showed that the oil just about needed changing, I asked Jayson to go ahead and have it done, and it was taken care of (again) immediately. I had received excellent service from Lithia Honda when I bought my CRV, and I was very pleased to see that that excellence extends to the service department as well. Thank you!

Great Service Team
The guys on the service team are always helpful and courteous! Appreciate them always being honest and letting me know what I need, have already done and what the next service appointment may require. The service desk lady is always pleasant as well!

Very professional, no pressure experience
I went in to get a specific model but was unable. The salesman, Billy, suggested a Fit which I never considered. The whole process was professional. I didn't feel pressured like at other dealers. They were able to get me in a new car, with financing I didn't think I'd get. I'm happy with my new Honda Fit and would gladly recommend Billy, and lithia, to friends looking to buy a car.
