Friendly, fast, accurate, and attentive!
I was hesitant to try another Lithia dealership because of a bad past experience, but I can honestly say Lithia Honda is different and I am glad I gave them my business. It was a completely different experience than we had with the other Lithia dealership. The process was a lot faster then I had expected, they were friendly, and definitely appreciative of our business.

Timely, excellent, and accurate.
We had the pleasure of working with Steve Allred on purchasing our new 2018 Honda Fit! We had many questions as this was our first car purchase and he explained how everything worked in a fashion that really allowed us to have a good hold on what we were doing and how everything would play out. He proceeded to work with us on the pricing to get into our target budget while simultaneously making us feel valued and important. All said and done this was a very positive experience and we look forward to more visits with this dealership.

Lives up to their Motto "No Pressure, Honda Sells Itself"
Lithia Honda of Medford lives up to their Motto "No Pressure, Honda Sells Itself"! I contacted Lithia Honda of Medford via the internet. Mark Thalman, the internet manager, promptly got back to me with their internet price. He let me know up front that the vehicle I was interested in was still in transit. He gave me the ECD so I knew I had time to shop around to determine if it was the best price I could negotiate. During the time between my first contact and the arrival of the vehicle, Mark kept me updated as to the ECD. While in Medford one day before Lithia Honda received the vehicle, I stopped in to talk to Mark and see a similar vehicle. Mark was not there but Nick Aubel, another sales representative, showed me the similar vehicle and suggested we complete the paperwork for the vehicle that was yet to be delivered. Between Mark, Nick and the sales manager whose name I can't remember, I got what I consider to be a very fair deal. Marci, Jesse and Karen Meany, the office manager, efficiently put the paperwork together. Between the time the paperwork was completed and it was delivered to me, Nick and Mark kept me updated as to it's status. They even offered to deliver it to my front door when the weather prohibited me from picking it up. When I received the vehicle, Mark thoroughly explained how to work all the features, from the remote start to the infotainment system. Throughout the process I was treated with respect and kindness. The experience of buying a vehicle from Lithia Honda from Medford is a far cry from the old days when buying a car was a traumatic expeirnce. I'm happy Honda and its dealers recognize that Honda loyalty starts even BEFORE the purchase. I am impressed with Lithia Honda of Medford !

Initial service and warranty service
Had lifetime service contract. Took vehicle in with perceived problem. Issue was resolved. Service was friendly and efficient. Didn't have to have an appointment.

Fantastic Experience
My wife and I take buying a new vehicle extremely serious. Including this Honda Pilot, we have only purchased three new vehicles in our lives, and our age is in the middle sixties. We chose four dealers to get bids from, then gave each a chance to beat that low bid. Nick followed the rules that my wife and I developed, as was considerate in all aspects of our business dealings. We chose Lithia in Medford because we purchased a 2017 Dodge Bighorn Diesel from Lithia in Medford, and our experience was fantastic as well. Two weeks ago my wife and I had a appointment to review and drive a 2018 Pilot, not knowing at the time which version of the Pilot we would want. Nick spent about two hours with us, reviewing both the EX-L, Touring and Elite models, answering questions, showing us each model and taking us on a test drive. Nick answered all our questions, was not pushy and was very helpful. Lithia also makes transferring taxes and registration very easy for its California customers. New Automobile oil change

This is the fourth car we purchase from Lithia Honda and every time we have had an excellent experience especially when Billy Day helps us. His customer support and service goes a long way and we appreciate that. We came just to service the Civic and left with a brand new CRV.

Great fast service
Had oil changed and while waiting I purchased new floor mats for my CRV. The parts department person was extremely helpful. Also while waiting, Juan came over to inquire how I was doing and if I had any questions regarding my car. I enjoy coming to this dealership because everyone is friendly.
