Went in for a routine oil change. The people were courteous and helpful, as usual. The wait time was normal for not having an appointment, Excellent service as usual, that we have come to expect from this dealership. While waiting for our car to be serviced, we got to enjoy a short visit with Mark Jacobs, the salesman that sold the car to us. He also has sold us four other vehicles, that is the type of people and service they employ here.
