I ordered a new f-350 king ranch. Eric Suter was my sales person. He was extremely helpful and kept me up to date throughout. He let me know every step that the truck was at during the manufacturing process. I knew exactly when the truck was shipped from ford, the route it took during shipping, how it was shipped, when the truck finally arrived to the dealership, Eric began the prep process immediately and I was driving it home soon there after. I highly recommend Eric and Tedd Britt ford.

This dealership sold my 90 year old mother a car. My mother is in poor health. She called them, salesman came to the house, got her money, bought a car back parked it in the driveway, told her to let it sit until she got insurance. After I became aware of this as I live in another state, I pleaded with the Sales Managers & left a message with the General Manager to rescind the sale. They would not do it. A day later the dealer called & told her the deal had gone thru.

The customer care that I received from Ted Britt Smart Wheels was excellent. They assisted me with the repair of my vehicle to minimize the money that I would have to pay. Thank you to Jeff and Frank, and Ricky who all helped me out with this issue. You guys are amazing. I would recommend any family and friends to go visit them if you are looking for a used vehicle.

Wow, I had one heck of a number to hit that other dealerships in VA couldn't manage. I gave several of them a shot and they said it couldn't be done. So I reached out to Josh @ Ted Britt and he was able to throw around some numbers for me that was in the ball park. I was given Alison after speaking over the phone with one of the managers and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. She is pleasant and very knowledgeable about the cars. She ensure that I was comfortable and knew how to operate all of the special features before I left the dealership. She also suggested that I attend the class for new owners because of all the features of the car. Alison was not pushy and when I returned to pick up my car it was ready as promised and she was very considerate of my time.
