Hinshaw's Honda

I purchased a 2012 CR-V over the weekend and San Saelee made the process as stress-free as possible. San has excellent customer service and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I will definitely be recommending San and Hinshaw's to my friends and family in the market for a new car.

My entire family have purchased cars from Hinshaw Honda and we have all had amazing experience. Hinshaws Honda is an amazing dealership. My family has bought two cars here and has had every oil change and service completed at the dealership. They are quick and do a great job. The customer service is fantastic and they never try to charge you more than necessary for a service. They also always offer coupons and wash the cars for free after a service or oil change. Being able to get a loaner car during a large service makes it so convenient! My car is still running great even after 15 years and over 200,000 miles.

The salesperson that I worked with was Charles Fellows. I came in to lease a new Honda. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda CRV and was very quick with the paperwork. He is very friendly and welcoming. He answered all my questions.

My wife and I worked with Pat Maloney in the purchase of our first ever brand new car. He and his team worked hard to ensure I got the best deal possible. They were flexible, laid back, and rose the the challenge. I have zero complaints about Hinshaw's or Pat and it has been several weeks since I purchased the car. The follow up is fantastic and they make you feel right at home. My wife has a lot of anxiety and Pat did a stellar job working with us and didn't trigger her anxiety once.

Great service! Went in for my first oil change on my Honda CRV. My service adviser was Nam Nguyen. He quickly greeted me with a smile and took care of what I need done. He also helped me with some issues with some vibrations when my car was fully stopped.

I don't know what else to say other than EXCELLENT!!!!!! I had trouble at other places for one reason or another. When a friend of mine told me about Tomari at Hinshaws and how helpful he was to her I thought hey why not give it a shot. When I first came in I was greeted right away with a opened door. I told them I was looking for Tomari and they paged him and he came right away. We sat down and talked I told him some of the problems I was having and he said Let's see what I can do to help you I'm sure we can do something. From that moment on he did everything possible to get me into a car that would suit my needs, I have never been to a dealership where the salesperson had done all they could and beyond he really went the extra mile in my opinion. I have never been happier and I'm truly loving driving everywhere. I find myself making up reasons to drive. I wanted a SUV but don't feel I settled for less by getting a car. I took my 2012 CRV for scheduled service and oil change. Service advisor, Damon, was courteous and explained recommended service and estimated costs thoroughly. I was given a loaner car, and received a call when my car was ready for pickup. The whole process was fast, easy, and relatively painless. They even washed and vacuumed my car!

We just bought our second Honda from Hinshaw's. Both times (2007 and present) we had a great buying experience. Unlike many of the dealerships in the Seattle area, Hinshaw's has been willing to work with us to make sure get what we are looking for within our budget. This time we worked with Sean Donahue. Sean stayed after hours on a Friday night to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The process was fast, friendly, and easy. Sean has continued to work with us after our purchase to make sure we understand all the features of our car.
