Mike is always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He lets your know what your car needs and will give you options of how and when the work can get accomplished. He makes you feel car smart :) I thank the mechanics for their knowledgeable experience and for the people who hand wash and vacuum my car....It makes it all new again. Thank you. I recently had my air conditioning compressor go on the brink in my 2006 Honda CRV. I called and parts were ordered and car in and out of shop within 1 day. Great service from parts department and service department. Mechanic Jay that worked on my Honda is top notch and a very trustworthy mechanic. I highly recommend Hinshaws Honda for all your repairs and Honda buying experiences. You will never be disappointed.

I drive my car all the way from Parkland to Auburn to get an oil change just because the service is awesome and I know my Honda Accord will come out clean and done right. I love the extra service they do complimentary - they wash the outside and vacuum the inside and make my tires shiny. Mike is super friendly and tries to get us in and out in a timely matter. Sometimes they are busy so maybe call in before you go. Busy is good though it shows how many people trust their cars with them.

I was very relieved when we met Mike O'Brien at Hindsaw's Honda in Auburn. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and he did a great job of answering all my questions and letting me check out every car in my price range. I'm very happy with our car, and the follow up service has been great as well. Mike even wrote me a personalized email on my birthday. I'm definitely glad to have found out about Hinshaw's and highly recommend it.

was kindly asked to do a review after our car salesman, Ricky, sold me my 2007 silver Honda accord. i am a tall guy so finding a car for me is a little difficult but he brought up a couple of cars and let me wonder around trying out other cars. I told him I was on a budget and he stuck with it. anyway, thanks Ricky

nothing black and white discussion here. The manager tested my Car as if I don't know that he is testing the Car quality. he took a walk around the building after I park the car and made sure that I am not seeing him. unfortunately I noticed it:( his bad luck. The representative run between me and his manager for almost 6 to 7 times and every time they will take 10 minutes. they will go an see the car and come back, some other agent will do a test drive etc.... finally when the deal was over, the manager did not communicate the final price to the finance manager, they gave me the initial price. what a nice dealing it is?? why do I need to waste my 2 hours?

This is my third time buying a car and Hinshaw Honda. It has been a great experience once again. My sales person this time was Patrick Maloney. He was awesome, knew his cars, was patient and kept me in the loop while I was getting financed. Tim Lasso General manager, Richard and Daniel in Finance were very friendly and helpful. Bought a Honda Civic but my wife was not to happy with it, was able to return it the next day and got an Acura ILX. Was so grateful for Patrick and Daniel. Will come again once the new Ridge Line comes out.

Hinshaw's is great ! Love the service department and Honda and Acura. We have purchased our cars from Hinshaw's because of their service department!

I bought a Honda Civic 2014 in November and Josh was the Gentlemen helped me he was so Friendly and was very very helpful he wasn't stressful as all! :) It's nice to be able to walk in a place and look for a car and not be pressured :) Every time I have questions I can get ahold of him and he always has the answers! :)
