I recently moved to Bellevue & visited the Lexus Dealership In Bellevue, WA. I needed to have my brakes checked to see if I needed new ones. My Service Consultant, Pat Wilmot, provided superior customer service every step of the way! I was concerned that the dealership would try to replace my brakes when I didn't need them. I was hoping for transparency as opposed to a dealership rip-off which is so common these days. Well, to my surprise, Pat reported that my brakes were in good shape, there was no charge for the check, my car was washed at no additional expense & he enrolled me in the VIP program (since I consistently use Lexus servicing) which provides opportunities for free car washes! I'm retired but my career was in the servicing industry. It's so much appreciated when one receives SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE which is in short order these times! Thank you Pat & Lexus!

Purchased a new RX350 F Sport

I worked with Reid McCann and he was incredibly helpfull without being pushy. I first met Reid about two weeks ago as I went through my evaluation process. It was important for me to include all the safety features in my new car purchase and those were standard with the F Sport. Reid and the sales manager made sure I secured the car that best fit my needs at the right price. I am looking forward to many years with my new RX350.

Serviced LS 460

Lexus of Bellevue is an amazing complex for purchasing and servicing . I took my vehicle there for servicing. My service associate was A.J. He was a wealth of knowledge. He addressed my concerns and followed through with a great plan for service. I `m pleased with the outcome. My vehicle is once again in tip top shape. Thanks ?A.J?.

AJ and Lexus of Bellevue were fantastic - again

Once again, Alan Jensen proved that Lexus of Bellevue provides the most satisfying customer experience and service. He can answer any question you have, and gives you detailed straightforward explanations. Alan keeps you thoroughly updated while your Lexus is being serviced, and sends you service information, including costs, for you. Alan ensures you are completely satisfied before you leave. He's fantastic.

Great Service

Excellent service from start to finish! My advisor BJ was awesome! The shuttle service is one of my favorite options Lexus gives its customers so I don't have to miss work of arrangements when my car needs service. Thank you!

New Battery

Chris Johnston did a great job working with us to get a new battery installed. Previously, in July, he did performe a complete service. Love our GX460 and appreciate Chris.

Superb Service by AJ at LEXUS of Bellevue

perfect timing for repair and shuttle

The service representative lady Liz gave the perfect recommendation which made me pleasant trip before service. The service procedure is very smooth and the timing is perfect. The shuttle bus driver is very nice too. It is a pleasant service experience. And the sale representative Fred found one of the original key after one year sale which made me feel reliable.
