Doug's Lynnwood Mazda

I found just what I wanted at the right price. Had to drive all the way to Lynnwood but was greeted happily by Rob Sinclair and he was easy to work with.

The service team was helpful to arrange a loaner vehicle while mine went in for an examination of a minor issue. I received update calls on the service. The manager was helpful and took the time to check on my warranty coverage and made sure that my service would be covered. I also appreciate the courtesy vacuum of my car upon it being returned to me. Thank you.

Scheduling with Eric was easy - and when I showed up on the wrong day - TOTALLY my fault - as they had had cancellations, he took the car anyway. Very knowledgeable, and explained all that was done during the check and what I needed to watch. The car was clean and felt great when I got it back - in the time frame they said I would. Very pleased with this dealership - both sales and service;

Took less time than expected and car was clean when I got it back, very friendly and the service was explained completely. Good Coffee too.

Have purchased or leased I think 5 cars now from Doug's Lynwood Mazda primarily because Mazda makes the best car for the money hands down. They are always helpful, patient, and there is absolutely zero pressure from any salesperson I've encountered so far. They basically tell you anything and everything possible they can get for you in terms of incentives/finance and don't mess with trying to convince you that you 'should' spend money; its a simple yes or no and they are super friendly either way. I have worked with Mack and Duane, would recommend both for a pleasant car buying experience. John the (current) finance guy is super friendly and easy to work with as well. Keep up the great work - I'll be back for my next one eventually. (I think if you have punch cards I'll get a free car soon ?)

It was a great experience and i was very happy to buy a car at Dougs Mazda dealership. Fred was kind enough to explain all the details of the car i bought and he tried his best to get me what i was looking for. I would be happy to recommend this dealership to my friends for future purchase..

The service department was very helpful in scheduling an appointment with short notice as we were leaving town and needed a recall notice to be taken care of as well as a routine check-up, oil change, etc. They also provided a courtesy car so we could take care of other errands while they were taking care of our car.

I worked with Rob and Vila at Doug's for the purchase of my new CX-5. I met with Rob initially and he was very informative and helpful. When I next came to the dealership, he was tied up, so Vila assisted me. She was helpful, low pressure, and made the buying experience enjoyable.
