I would send friends to Bowen Scarf to see Chris Kelly about a purchase. He was informed about their inventory and could tell that he was listening to me related to what I was looking for. He was also very good at communicating next steps in the purchase process and then insuring that I was talking to right person regarding some questions and minor issues. All solved to my satisfaction. I also applaud him for working through the Ford Pass app to ensure I was fulling informed of the apps features and capabilities.

BIG shout out to Chris Kelly. took care of me from start to finish. Drove away with a 2025 Mustang GT Premium. He was very accommodating with me since I lived 152 or more miles away. Meet me outside, showed me the car answered my questions and sent me on a test drive. Came back and mentionsed to him that I had to take the car off their hands... Pretty much in and out... We purchased a 2021 Expedition Max in February and it was no question the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was looking all over the Puget Sound for a low-mileage Expedition Max in my price range and Bowen Scarff was one of the dealerships I called. Brandon Hopper was the associate who answered the phone and after our conversation, I decided to make the two and a half hour drive from Whidbey Island to look at the car. There were other options closer to home, but the other dealerships i called were either pushy or dismissive. Brandon was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, took hours with me to ensure I was satisfied, and even followed up after the purchase to make sure our family was taken care of. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I walked away with a very fair price on both my trade-in and the new Expedition. The finance manager, Laura was wonderful as well and made the trade-in process a breeze. Could not be happier!
