Vivienne was very personable and fully explained the time

Vivienne was very personable and fully explained the time and maintenance our vehicle was getting. Our regular service advisor was off today, but Vivienne stepped up to the plate and not only met, but surpassed our customer service expectations. She and your service staff is the reason we always choose Rairdon’s Kirkland. Thank you, Vivenne!

The work they've done on my Jeep has been excellent, and the service is consistently top-notch. April Callahan, our amazing service advisor, makes every visit a joy. Over the years, my wife and I have dealt with Rairdon in Kirkland, even purchasing a Ram truck. Their Maintenance department, notably Vivivienne our last need for repairs, has always been caring. When we needed transportation or loaners, accommodations were provided. Since all vehicle eventually needs repairs, it's nice to have a place where trust can be built. Thanks.

Terrible experience vehicle was delivered filthy, empty

Terrible experience vehicle was delivered filthy, empty on gas and tires were bald. GM said we’ll tell him it’s a used vehicle. Pathetic couldn’t even clean it many lies throughout the process. Interesting we bought one also from Titus will. Amazing experience

Bought a used compass, had it delivered. Huge mistake, vehicle delivered dirty inside and out sales rep lied about almost everything, and it was delivered with little gas. GM's response (Kevin Graham) it's a used vehicle. Terrible experience
