Vivienne was very personable and fully explained the time and maintenance our vehicle was getting. Our regular service advisor was off today, but Vivienne stepped up to the plate and not only met, but surpassed our customer service expectations. The work they've done on my Jeep has been excellent, and the service is consistently top-notch. April Callahan, our amazing service advisor, makes every visit a joy. She's upbeat, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond. Her positivity sets the tone for the whole dealership. Every staff member we've met has been friendly, professional, and helpful. Over the years, my wife and I have dealt with Rairdon in Kirkland, even purchasing a Ram truck. Their Maintenance department, notably Vivivienne our last need for repairs, has always been caring. When we needed transportation or loaners, accommodations were provided. Since all vehicle eventually needs repairs, it's nice to have a place where trust can be built. Thanks.

Terrible experience vehicle was delivered filthy, empty
Terrible experience vehicle was delivered filthy, empty on gas and tires were bald. GM said we’ll tell him it’s a used vehicle. Pathetic couldn’t even clean it many lies throughout the process. Interesting we bought one also from Titus will. Amazing experience
