The New Subaru Crosstrek I taken in 2025 has same

The New Subaru Crosstrek I taken in 2025 has same problems had when come home next day all lights come on they clear.Need to take back to get fix I don’t think they would fix first time

OK.

OK. On the whole I was pleased with the whole process. The place was calm, the people were competent and helpful, and my 2021 Forester got new oil, tires were checked, and all went well. My one negative was the price which was quoted for the express check oil change, tire check/rotation if warranted, and all other basic systems checked as being $129 but after taxes and the "shop bill" were added it became around $159. That add-on increased this basic newer car service charge by approx. 25% which seems a bit high to this 71 yo who is now dealing with the economic realities of 2025. But other than that ya'll gave me really good service.

We had an excellent experience at Eastside Subaru.

We had an excellent experience at Eastside Subaru. After going to other locations with high pressure to buy, we really appreciated how down to earth and relaxed it was working with Christopher. The fact that we could secure the vehicle with a handshake and a signed price agreement and not have to put down a deposit was simply amazing! Excellent experience and I would purchase a car from here again.

This was a pain visit to the dealership.

This was a pain visit to the dealership. I went in for an oil change and overall car inspection. I was done and out the door in 1 hour. My service attendant arturo was very friendly professional and on the ball. Seemless visit.
