Dishonest car dealer
Kleil Honda is dishonest. I had a deal agreed to and then caught them trying tohide fees in my tax and licensing. They attempted to add 700 dollars to the transaction. When I called them on it, they told me that they could no longer offer me the agreed upon price. They also said that I had to pay the negotiable doc fees. This is also a lie. Do not do business with this dealership.

I meant to write this review a long time ago. I had the pleasure of speaking with Keanu in Sales when I was interested in purchasing a new car while mine was being serviced, and he was fantastic! not too pushy at all but also extremely well knowledge'd and confident on all of the cars, and at the same time was very polite. This kids gonna go far in life! I don't think I've ever met a salesman so professional! He was very honest about certain cars and I liked that about him!! Great hire Klein Honda! :) His brother Elijah in the Service department was very polite as well! I always have great service with you guys but I was so impressed with these two employees I had to let you guys know. I wish him the best of luck in life! Thanks Klein Honda ! :) -morgan

It's a scam!
We had a great experience with the sales department and everything was going great until we thought that we had sealed the deal... Then, we had to meet with Mr. Finance Guy! After watching his 25-minute presentation scribbled on a piece of paper, we were told that we had to buy Mr. Klein's extended warranty! After stating that his presentation only covered specific items that my insurance already covers we were strongly pressured to by it. He got angry at us the moment that we were not interested and tried several times to change our mind. At this point, we had already agreed upon a price and the finance guy was trying to renegotiate the deal. Mr. Finance's mood and attitude totally changed at this point and we could feel the anger in the room. It was VERY uncomfortable. Then, Mr. Finance goes on to tell us that in order to offer the Mr. Klines program they have to sell so many or they will have to cancel the program! Sorry, I am not paying so that you can offer this ridiculous extended warranty. I am not here to meet your quotas! It gets even better! Mr. Finance then tried to tell us that our car would be stolen unless we paid for the additional alarm system that added 15 dollars a month to the price of the car. I was pissed! I flat out said; we will pay the agreed price and nothing more! Not another word was said until we were handed the keys. My experience with Klein Honda was so bad that I will NEVER set foot on that lot again! I refuse to use your free oil changes after my experience and would much rather pay Lynnwood Honda to do the job. Your finance department went out of its way to create a hostile negotiation! My wife and I were not treated with respect and were made to feel stupid. The word needs to get out about how people are treated at Klein Honda! I will do everything possible to make sure that NO ONE has such a negative experience at this dealership.

laid back and honest staff members
Geoff Ross and Sage Lee were a pleasure to work with. They tried their hardest to secure the lowest interest rate for my financing and went above and beyond to make my first car buying experience comfortable and quick. A dealership I trust and excellent management
After routinely taking my car to an independent garage for most service, besides oil changes, I learned some hard lessons. After three visits to the same garage with the same issue, I took it to yet another garage and learned that I had a cracked head gasket (which I figured after reading Honda forums, yet somehow the first garage couldn't) figure that one out). Honda's quote was so competitive to fix my head gasket, it would have been foolish to go anywhere else. Kevin Serapin provided excellent customer service. He assured me I was in good hands and that Honda would stand behind their parts and their service. I knew I was not getting remanufactured parts or non-Honda parts. He, and all the other service members did their best to communicate clearly and effectively. I'm a Klein-committed for good!

Good dealer, but a few things to take care
Not sure if my last review is posted correctly, so I redo it. I recently bought a car from that dealer, price is very good, though I think it can be lower. The dealer is very good at talking, so don't believe them when they say you have a very good price. I spent the whole day buying the car. They provide lifetime warrant and oil change, which in my opinion is not very useful. Honda provides 5 year warrant. I may switch the car or leave seattle after 5 years. They will recommend you buy some other warrant, my advice, you don't need it. Overall, the dealer is very good, they can offer very low price if you are good at talking. Take care of a few points, like don't trust them, and don't buy unnecessary warrant, then you will be good.

Your employee Mr. Wilson was the most respectful and excellent salesman I have dealt with in quite some time. He explained every detail down to the engine and functions of the stereo. He was absolutely impressive. Great job Damien Wilson, excellent customer service skills.

Outstanding Customer Service!
Alfred helped me with the purchase of a new 2016 CRV-EXL and was awesome! Alfred was professional, courteous and extremely friendly! Plus the price I paid was lowest in Western Washington. I can't say enough good things about Alfred, and Klein Honda.
