Great customer service!

Our customer service experience with Dwayne's Lanes was top notch. We test drove so many vehicles and then they even special ordered our vehicle from another dealership to make sure we got the right one. Jamie was so patient and helpful. We love our new Jeep!

An easy and hastle free purchase.

IMHO the sales team could not have been more helpful. We have been searching for a replacement vehicle to upgrade to for some time. Returning multiple times, with multiple sales people, we found the truck we wanted, with the package and options we needed, at a price that was far better than any competitor could offer. The service department was quick to take care of the minor issues (1 outstanding recall) and I was on my way. I even got a decent deal on my trade in that was totally unexpected. Thank you, Al, Kyle, and Leslie for all the work you did!

Grand Cherokee Purchase

Paul was great. There was no pressure, he gave me a good price and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. He went above and beyond by helping me drop my car off at home so that I could drive the new one to my wife’s work for a suprise.

Best dealership

I went in knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Kyle showed me a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK that was exactly right. No hassles, no wasted time, just good service along with friendly people. I love my Jeep and my husband appreciated it when he took it to blizzard plagued eastern WA this week.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Temperature gauge

My contact with Jordan is alway a very easy and professional experience. She returns my calls in a timely manner, she is cheerful and is a joy to work with. When I pull into the bay my car is prepared with paper to protect my car from the mechanic's clothing. She call's with updates and my care is always ready when they say it will be ready.

Megan, service writer to the rescue!

Snow storm was coming. I had a check engine light and a leaky radiator. I called to schedule the service and thought twice about it in the middle of the call. "Maybe I should wait till after the storm to schedule this service". "What if I could get it done before the snow?" Magan asked. "Awesome!!!" I had the Jeep waiting at the service doors at 7:30 am. By 5pm my Jeep was ready to roll. I love the friendly way all of the Service personnel function at this Everett Dealership. I'm so pleased that the next vehicle I buy will likely be purchased there. So appreciated the service people and the mechanic took good care of my Jeep. I'm very happy. Friendliest Service department I've ever been to. Top notch!!

Needed an oil change and 3 factory recalls done

Service dept was busy though service staff was very courteous and helpful in keeping me updated on the time involved to complete the process. Totally satisfied with the service.
