Honda of Bellingham

I purchased a Civic EX-T from this dealership three days ago. My overall experience was absolutely positive from sales (Peter Davis), through Manager & Financial staff & meet & greet with service dept. I have been a "Honda" owner for over two decades and am sold on the brand so just needed to find the right deal. I intended to visit four dealerships between Bellingham & Everett (I live in Lynden). I started at Northwest Honda because it's closest and went no further. I picked the make and trim package at a price I was pleased with but they didn't have the color I wanted on the lot so arranged to have one delivered the next day. I am looking forward to a positive & convenient relationship with their service dept when I'm ready for maintenance..

It was a very enjoyable car buying experience. We knew the area so on the test drive we were able to go where we want without being told 'turn here' like most places, so that was nice. We were also able to negotiate a good price. All in all we would definitely recommend Northwest Honda!

About a week ago my car suffered a serious breakdown and I suddenly found myself shopping for a new car. Several of my friends have purchased from Northwest Honda so I looked over their website then dropped in to check them out. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was made to feel welcome by everyone I spoke with. Unlike some buyers, I did not have an exact model and trim level in mind and wanted to compare a number of vehicles. Morocco was extremely helpful, showing me cars with different combinations of features that were important to me and patiently answering my questions in detail as I checked out about a half dozen cars and took several of them for 15-minute test drives. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the various powertrains, safety features, and entertainment systems. I've been buying cars since 1974 and I can say without reservation that this was absolutely the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. At no time did I feel pressured in any way, and I ended up with the perfect car for me, a 2016 Accord EX. John, Morocco, and Sam were a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend Northwest Honda to anyone who's shopping for a car.

Pete Davis was excellent to work with on my trade-in/new lease. I was clear I couldn't sit around the dealership for hours and knew exactly what I wanted. He handled most of the number crunching over the phone and the process was very smooth. When I went in to sign the paperwork, Pete and Sam were very efficient and helpful. So happy I saved myself a long drive and leased my new Honda locally! Consider me a happy customer!

I recently traded my leased vehicle in for a 2016 model. The process for the exchange was very smooth and hassle free. I actually was able to have most of the work completed via email before I arrived at the dealership. I had some options added to the car, which were done quickly and within the time frame that I was told. I was treated very vell by the all the service personnel. they arranged a loaner for me to use, also a simple process.

We exchanged our leased vehicle. All the prep work was done online before we got to the dealership. We test drove the car, and one hour later we drove out with a new leased car...very simple. Thank you Stephanie, Ronnie and Camille.
