Awesome Service & Helpful Staff

Everyone we met at Northwest Honda was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Love my new car

First Time Car Buyer

This is the first car I have ever bought and I am so happy with my purchase. Stirling found the perfect car for me at an amazing price! And Sam helped me finance at the best rate possible! Very professional and personable at the same time. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely be recommending everybody to these two!

A perfect "Fit"

I was looking for a vehicle for my eldest daughter and came across the right age and price range for a Honda Fit. A great car that is well reviewed by all auto magazines that do reviews, along with Consumer Reports highly recommending as a used vehicle. The sales negotiation was easy, a win for everyone, and the finance paperwork was easy and informative. No pressure sales from any of these areas, and Camille was able to get the right priced service agreement for us as well. Great communication along the way, and a pleasant dealership all around.

PERFECT car-buying experience!

I was reluctant to accept that I needed to replace my old Honda (after racking up 280K miles on it), mainly because I didn't want to deal with getting hassled, "up-sold" or financing. Working with Northwest Honda exceeded all expectations and turned what I was convinced would feel like a chore into an exceedingly positive experience. Stephanie had assured us we would be in excellent hands with Gavin, our salesman, and he certainly lived up to that expectation. He listened to exactly what we were looking for, down to the tiniest of details, and promptly delivered the perfect vehicle for us. He was a great guy to work with and the entire process was smooth, simple and quick. Sam, in finance, was fantastic. Everyone at the dealer really went above and beyond to deliver exemplary customer service and I have no doubt that any and all future car purchases will be made at Northwest Honda.

Find a new car

It was quick easy and hasslefree. Dan my salesman was very nice show me how to work everything and did not put any pressure on me .John got me financing and And Camille close the deal . The next thing I knew I was driving home and my brand-new pretty black Honda CRV I love it !

AWESOME Dealership

My experience at Northwest Honda, was nothing short of AMAZING! To start off my wife would rather go to the dentist (so sorry for you dentists out there, I feel your pain). Anyway, Northwest Honda, was not a pressure dealership at all. And that is saying something if my wife would go back to Northwest Honda to purchase another car. As I was doing a fact finding mission on a Honda, Dan Bennett, was awesome to work with. He showed me that exact car I was looking at and getting information that I could return home and confer with my wife. When I went back that next week, Dan passed me off to Alvin Joswiak, another fantastic salesman that knew of the situation of no pressure with my wife, and he not only showed us the Honda Civic we were looking at, but showed us a Civic that was loaded with all features, and pre-certified with only 1500 miles on the odometer. And the price was just a little higher but well within the price range. Alvin and the Northwest Honda even offered to allow me to take the car for 24 hours to ensure that it fit our needs, and also to ensure that we were able to have first pick at the car the next day. We declined the 24 hour showing, but banked on the rainy weather to keep other people from snagging the vehicle. The rain paid off, early on Thursday morning the car was still on the lot, just waiting for me. Alvin bent over backwards to get me the best deal, lower than originally stated! He even was able to throw in 150.00 accessory to connect up to the Honda Link infotainment system with the car. John Cabal, was great to work with, be assisted Alvin in all issues that I had, and even told me that he would go over and above and do something special for the car when I return to pickup the plates. And working with Sam Baylasy was excellent, she did not attempt to sell me add on to the vehicle. She even got all the paperwork together so than I could bring my wife in later that day to just sign the paperwork, that took 4 minutes max! And that says something that everyone at Northwest Honda, was willing a very good at dealing with clients that would do a million other things than go to a car dealership. I would recommend anyone who is in the process or looking to purchase a Honda to go to Northwest Honda, and talk to the sales, finance, and other team member's to prove for yourself that they just don't want to sell a car, they REALLY WANT TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP, with you as a person.

Excellent service. Genuine sales staff

The staff took a keen interest in making sure my experience was comfortable and stress-free. The collective knowledge of the staff was remarkable, as all of my questions were answered thoroughly and with care. It is evident that the workers love their job and I believe that is the reason for my pleasurable experience.

Bought a great car

Excited about my new purchase! I had been trying to get into the dealership to test drive the car for a few weeks so I had some time to decide on what I wanted to do. The first offer was out of my range, but they worked with me and we got it to where I wanted it to be. Everyone was helpful and friendly and easy to work with! Stirling is learning fast and is very open and honest with his approach which is appreciated.

Great experience

Salesman Chase Timm picked me up at home, since I no longer owned a car, and we did a test drive from there. He went over all the new car features and expedited the insurance process with my previous insurance company. Financing was super easy too, and Sam found me a great rate at WECU. I was in and out with my brand new car in about two and a half hours! Wonderful people to work with and I love my Honda Fit! Thanks so much for a stress-free car buying experience!
