I am not good at writing, but overall it was a good experience except that they would not honor costco combined with rebates even though the costco letter said that we were also entitled to applical Manufaturer rebates and incentives or special financing.. Jordan not only asked what I wanted in a truck , but did not try to convince me to buy something I did not want. He made sure to tell me all about the truck I bought even though I will not possibly be able to remember all the new things. Moshi also was very fun to work with. He knew we were on time constraints and did everything he could to help. Thank you Cheryl

The service and cooperation was excellent. My wife was gravely ill and they worked around all my issues including offering to drive me to the dealership if needed (90 miles round trip). At the dealership they added an all weather cargo matt at no cost since there was some confusion. On top of there excellent support, they had the best RAV 4 price in the region after negotiating with multiple dealerships and seeing their offers.
