Fantastic Service!

Ashlie has worked with me the last couple of times I’ve taken my car in for regular maintenance. She is friendly and thorough. The atmosphere at Heartland Toyota while waiting is pleasant and inviting. I have recommended this dealership and Toyota to all of my friend and family. This is my first Toyota and I love it!

Great Customer Service

I brought my 2018 Toyota Corolla in for service. Mike is excellent with Customer Service--friendly, courteous and will answer any concerns large or small. Heartland Toyota has been very professional servicing my car.

somewhat dissapointed

I brought my Highlander in for regular service with Mike as my service advisor. During the service, they found that rodents had gotten into the interior. I was advised by Mike about the problem and procedure and cost of fixing the problem. Even though unexpected, I was glad they found this and fixed it with my approval. The only problem I have with the dealership is the fact that they charge 3 percent if you use a credit card. I can possible understand this if it were a small business but this is a very large dealership(s). I'm not sure I will be using this dealership again.

When I brought my Highlander in for service Chet helped me and advised what services were needed. I am very pleased with the service, I will also be setting an appointment for my Solara Camery.
