Chet is a tremendous asset to your service department.

Chet is a tremendous asset to your service department. His genuine care and helpfulness to the customer builds trust. He quickly solved two concerns I had with my Prius when I came in for service, saving me money and time. It is refreshing to know that someone is looking out for your best interest. I will continue to come back for servicing my vehicle as long as people like Chet is working there!

Great experience with buying a new car from Heartland Toyota. Drew in the Sales department made the process easy and finance was fairly quick. I'd return in the future.

There should be a sign for new customers at the service

There should be a sign for new customers at the service center “If no service attendant is available, leave keys in car and come in side to the service counter “. Otherwise it was a very good experience.

We have a long history with Heartland (over 25 years)

We have a long history with Heartland (over 25 years) and one of the main reasons is the service department. They are always professional, knowledgeable and personable. And Matt was no exception. He noted a possible issue when we had our car in for a quick oil change. When we brought it back he kept us updated and had our car back to us as promised. Great work
