Everything I expected and more!

Clayton was exceptional, a pleasure to do business with! He is very responsive to email/text messages. Kept us up to date at all times as to the progress of the build and transport.

Car buying experience

Thanks follow up today, Chris Lee! I bought a vehicle from Chris exactly a year ago and he actually follow up call with me today for anniversary phone call. I knew he was different type of sales guy, but wow....anniversary call!?!? I really think that he really cares about his customer! I know it was simple few min chat, but made me feel very special!!! Outstanding Customer Service

Everyone that helped us from our Sales person, (Jim Foster) to Blake that showed us how every detail works, our Finance gentleman to the General Manager. That came out to personally greet us and thank us for our business was outstanding! We will be life long customers at Larson Mercedes-Benz. Impeccable customer service!

Service Department

I was very impressed with my advisor Amanda when I called for the appointment she let me know it would take just about all day for the repairs and offered a loaner. When I arrived at the service department everything went smooth and I was done in five minutes.
