I had a great car buying experience from Titus Will ford, and especially with my salesperson, Damon. I reached out with my required and optional specifications and Damon helped me find a truck that checked all of the boxes. They accepted my well used trade in and helped with that process, ensuring that I didn't mistakenly leave any of my belonging in the vehicle. Damon went above and beyond in helping me get my thule box off of the roof and its contents packed away in bags. Finally, I had a few last minute requests that Damon was able to have installed in the car the day after I took possession. The vehicle that I wanted was less common, but Damon and Titus Will were able to procure one within a day or two. I love my purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with my car buying experience. I recommend Titus Will Ford. Ask for Damon!

My 2016 f-150 needed an oil change!
My 2016 f-150 needed an oil change! I called to schedule an appointment! I was expecting to be a week or two before I could even get an appointment! But two days later they an appointment available! My truck is still in great shape! Really nice people up at Titus Will Ford! THANK YOU!

Purple Heart License Plate SNAFU
I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

Selling my Vette.
I worked with Michelle while selling my Vette yesterday and she was outstanding. She was very professional but best of all was how personable she was. I felt like I had made a friend. We came to what I felt was a win-win deal very quickly. Great experience and a great employee!

Titus-Will Ford cannot be Trusted
Everyone in the Sales and Finance department cannot be trusted. I traded in my car which I thought had never been in an accident and they told me that the Carfax showed 1 accident and they can only give me the lowest amount for it. My fault for not asking for the Carfax. So they gave me the minimum amount b/c of the accident on the car fax which was just enough to payoff the loan. Then they told me that my price protection on my new Ford Bronco is not valid due to a change I made when I order the truck back in January of 2021. After I signed the contract took the truck home I learned that the price protection is valid for every order made before March 2021. Completely disappointed with this company and will never use them again. It's sad because I usually buy Ford but it looks like my business will be going to a non Titus-Will company. I will be driving and extra 12 miles to Korum Puyallup.

I had a recall on my Ford F150. I had my vehicle towed to them and a over a month later they cannot tell me when I can get it back!!! I need my truck!!!! I have called them a number of times, left messages and my phone number. Have NOT received any return calls. This is NOT service!!

The No Service Department
In the last three months I have taken delivery of two brand new vehicles at your dealership. Apparently that means absolutely nothing. I want you to know I will NEVER set foot on your property again after the way I was treated by your 'Service' Department last Thursday, June 23rd. One of our brand new vehicles is a 2022 Ford Maverick. Unfortunately a stress crack popped my windshield. I contacted your 'Service' Department and scheduled an appointment for 7:30 am on the 23rd of June (A week after it happened). I arrived early for the appointment and the female working in your 'Service' Department could not have been ruder. She flat out refused to have my windshield looked at and argued with me that Ford would never approve a Windshield warranty claim. I then stated I still wanted it taken care of and would file an insurance claim, to which she continued arguing with me that they couldn't even look at it if I didn't already have permission from my insurance. Umm what? I would like to report that I called a competing area dealer, they had me stop in THAT DAY, and agreed it should qualify under warranty. I am happy to report that FORD agreed as they approved my warranty claim and the parts have been ordered. They will get all of my future business. Thanks for nothing Titus-Will!
The No Service Department

Horrible: Sold our Maverick custom order
We custom ordered a grey Maverick XLT turbo boost and waited 3 months for it (since Feb). My partner’s name is on the order form and the manager’s signature is on it. We put down 500 dollars on it. On the day Ford emailed us the car is on the lot, we called and the dealer sold it to someone else because they can overcharge it for an extra 5k. This is shady as it get. We called Ford but unfortunately they cannot do anything to reprimand the wrong doing. They were super nice to us—just to used our money to get extra allocation on vehicles. As soon as the vehicle is there—when we called the dealership and talked to Brian the manager—he went cold and start gaslighting and blaming us. Our family has been buying Ford for the last 30 yrs—from the 80s to now for 10+ vehicles. We are done with Ford until they fix this and go hard on dealerships for using people like this.

found a used car, got the price, the window sticker from the factory was manipulated by 20k, meaning they have taken their markup and changed the window sticker, I dont care what the markup is, if they want to gouge its their long term reputation as stake, but its REALLY bad maybe illegal to modify the window sticker msrp.
