I give Brandon from BMW NW’s Service Dept top grades on all aspects of the service process. I have just one small comment, which is that when returned my PHEV had not been charged and had substantially less miles on the electric motor than when I brought it in. This was for a recall, and I was expected to replace the gasoline used in my loaner (which is fair), but I think I should get back an equal or re-charged vehicle.

I am the owner of a 2024 BMW X7 and have visited

I am the owner of a 2024 BMW X7 and have visited Northwest BMW Service Center several times regarding a persistent odor issue inside my vehicle. Despite repeatedly reporting a musty, sour smell from the air conditioning system, the service advisor simply stated that since the three filters (air, cabin, and engine) were replaced in September 2024, there should be no problem. When I asked for even a basic inspection of the system or a check for mold, I was told that it would not be done. Instead, I was advised to find a third-party company myself if I wanted the issue investigated further. This response was extremely disappointing, especially given the expectations I had for a premium brand’s authorized service center. Even after multiple visits and clearly explaining the situation, no thorough inspection was offered, and no real effort was made to address my concerns. I would have at least expected a basic check for mold or other potential causes, but that was outright refused. Overall, the handling of my case showed a clear lack of care and responsibility. It is very disappointing to experience this with a BMW dealership.

Excellent service, Austin was helpful and available. Only negative; I’ve owned at least 30 cars, and it is the first time my car was returned unwashed. I think for the money spent, it should be part of every service.
