My experience as a first time customer with BMW Northwest’s Service Department was completely satisfying. My Service Advisor, Shane Frady, was considerately attentive to what I believed were the immediate, and overall, needs of my recently acquired used X5. He understood my priorities to insure I was protecting the car from near term critical component failures , and by the thorough inspection of mechanic, John, provided me a list of needful repairs I can see to as my budget allows. I am well pleased by the quality of treatment I received from Shane and John and the other employees I met.
