Honda of Fife

My family and I recently bout a car from the Honda of Fife and our experience was very good. We bought a Honda Civic and the whole dealer worked very well with us to get the price and car that we wanted. The customer service was excellent and we got the car for a very good price. I would really recommend coming here to buy your car.

Sales associates are not knowledgeable and follow up as well as customer service is poor, extremely poor. I inquired about a specific incentive and no one bothered to look into this. When I went back to inquire about receiving this incentive, they basically told me there was nothing they could do and did not try to offer any follow up, and there was no concern shown on the part of Tom Bryant. In fact, he was rather callous in his transaction with me. I would never again do business with this place. They are incompetent to say the least. The sales manager that sold me the car, Mike Oswald is also a crook,

My wife and I were looking for a good, safe car and I did a lot of research. I had spent time with Michael Moore awhile back and was impressed with his being straight forward, honest and knowledgeable about the cars. He was very helpful. So much so that, when we decided to actually buy, I wanted to go to Fife, even though we live 90 miles away. He was not able to be there when we were able to come so he arranged for us to work with Jin Kwon, who was equally as friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward with us. He was able to make us a great deal and we love the car (even though we only bought it this afternoon, it was a 90 mile drive home that was very comfortable). The gentleman doing the paperwork, I believe his name is Dave, was patient with us and explained everything clearly. Then Jin spent time with us making sure we knew how to use the features of the car before we left. We definitely recommend Honda of Fife to anyone looking to buy a car. It was a pleasant experience all around.

My partner Gary was looking for a new car, but not sure what make or model he wanted. We went "window shopping" yesterday and stopped in at Honda of Fife. We were met by Derek White who was so friendly, knowledgeable and low key, we were immediately comfortable, having dreaded the expected high pressure techniques we had experienced in other dealerships. After going through the pros and cons of each model with Derek patiently and honestly describing each, and listening to what was most important to Gary, we test drove two models, and Gary decided he like the Accord EX-LV6 the best, but didn't think he could afford it. Derek turned us over to Jin Kwon, who Derek said was great with numbers. He was indeed. After patiently negotiating with us, he came up with an offer we could not refuse, and we had not come in intending to buy at all that day. It was, all in all, a good experience. Gary got a car he really likes at a price he could afford.

Every time I come to Honda of Fife I am treated with the utmost respect and have been made to feel important. They do an exceptional job on going over what will be done so there are no surprises at the end of your visit.

Recently we went to Honda of Fife where we had purchased a used Honda Odyssey several years ago. We were looking for another used Odyssey. Derek White met us in the parking lot where we found there were no used Odysseys with low mileage available. He showed us the CRV's and a Pilot and explained their features. We test drove a CRV. Still we were not entirely sold on this model. Derek realized that we really wanted an Odyssey and did all he could to persuade us to buy a 2014 model. We finally decided to do that and worked with him to come out with a deal that made both of us happy. Our new car was at the dealers and ready to go within an hour.

Excellent customer service, Mike was very patient with us, Mike explain every little detail about the car I was a very satisfy customer at the end of the day!. thank you!!!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Honda of Fife. My salesman, Michael Moore was knowledgeable , courteous, patient, and a SEAHAWKS fan.I loved the small talk touring the lot looking for the car I had researched off their website. He was SO patient he waited me out going to look at another dealership, and finally realizing HONDA had the upper-hand. My husband and I got an exceptional interest rate thru Honda Finance. 0.9% was a first for me! I would definitely recommend Honda of Fife and particularly Michael Moore for all your car buying needs! I give HONDA of Fife a 5 star rating because I searched and went to other dealerships, this experience met my expectations.

I was referred by family members to come visit Tom Bryant. I spoke with him and realized our schedules wouldn't be connecting in the time frame I was ready to look. He told me to come down and work with Lorenzo Huynh. It was my first time buying a car alone. He was very upfront and honest about what I was looking for and what questions I had.
