I will highly recommend Honda of fife to everybody that I know that is looking for a new or used vehicle. Our salesman, Michael Moore, was very good and was not pushy at all. He did absolutely everything he could to help us out. The sales manager Chris Wolfe, also treated us very well and worked very hard to get the vehicle we wanted into our price range. Needless to say we left with our dream vehicle and a payment that was very reasonable. I will make Honda of Fife my first stop every time I am looking for a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda Fife. I found the experience to be a gigantic step up from my previous experience, and Derek White was the primary reason. I had a general idea of what I wanted with several specifics as well. Derek listened to my criteria and immediately pointed out several possibilities. When I said no to a car, he didn’t question it, he just moved onto the next option. When we did find a car that matched everything I wanted, the test drive was long enough for me to get a general feel for how the car handled, as well as determine that it had stellar pick up and stopping ratios. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, Derek was a great help in getting the financing started, including setting the price. Once we were in with the financing, they explained everything as we went and answered all our questions. Overall, the experience was actually enjoyable, which was a surprising and welcome change from the chore my family and I expected. I absolutely love my 2008 Honda Civic.

when i first arrived at honda of fife, i thought that i was just going to get to test drive some cars and that was it. but fortunately mike moore was there to assist me on finding the right car for me. he was very helpful and informative with the cars that i was interested in. he was there to guide me through the whole process of purchasing my very first car. i would recommend this dearlership to anyone who is interested in buying a new or used car.

I am writing to state that we much appreciated buying a car at Honda of Fife yesterday 8/3/2013. Our experience with your staff was excellent. From getting out of our car to our driving away it was an awesome experience. The person who greeted us went in to determine who would be our car salesperson. We had been advised by Costco to go to your business. We were then fortunate to have Derek White meet with us as our salesperson. Derek White was engaging, personable and forthright with us about buying cars. My husband has a disability and so our first priority is the ability for him to get into and out of a car easily. Mr. White was helpful in bringing out various cars for him to access. Of course the entire time I was in love with a Honda Fit . We eventually drove this car with Mr. White giving us details as to its capabilities...major and minor capabilities. I tend to ask numerous questions and Mr. White never indicated in any fashion being frustrated by these questions . Mr. White was thorough and engaging with us. He is knowledgeable and in depth about explaining issues I needed addressed. He also has a fun sense of humor and play. We were both thoroughly impressed with his abilities . We went to Honda of Fife looking at a Honda Pilot and not expecting to be offered a payment that was in our price range. Derek White was our salesman and even though the stock of Pilots were limited, Derek took us on test drives and explained the features of the car. When we started dealing, Derek did not pressure us as many car salesmen often do. He worked for us and not only got us a monthly payment that we wanted but also drove to Bremerton to pick the car up for us. The dealership was clean, the people friendly, and I would recommend Derek to friends.

Jin Kwon with Honda of Fife is an outstanding Sales Representative. He was very personable with me and my family. He immediately allowed us to feel like we were worthy customers coming into the dealership from the moment we met. We explained to him that we have a large family and wanted a vehicle that could accommodate our large family. We told him that we saw a used Honda Pilot online. He then brought us the vehicle we found online for a test drive. My wife was extremely excited to test drive our family dream car. After the test drive we were in love with the vehicle because it was in great shape for a used vehicle. Jin worked with to us to trade in our vehicle. At first we thought about the used vehicle that we had tested driven and saw, but he went above and beyond our expectations. Instead, he was able to offer us a brand new Honda Pilot. Jin understood we have a large family and worked magic to have us drive out with a brand new Honda Pilot. The ECO feature was quite impressive when he explained it to us and the traction was amazing. He truly helped us by getting us an exceptional monthly payment. We walked in to inquire if we could work out a deal with our vehicle as a trade-in and instead with the help of Jin we drove out with the most amazing vehicle. We had visited another dealership earlier in the day they were nowhere near as helpful as Jin. I am definitely excited to refer everyone I know to see Jin Kwon with Honda of Fife. I just want to write a big Thank You to Honda of Fife for the great service and hospitality that is always displayed. I bought a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid and my IMA battery light came on 3 weeks ago before we went on vacation. The Service Manager Mark, told me that I needed to replace it. I bought an extended Platinum warranty from Bruce Titus for 6 years/100K for all components on car. I found out that it didn't cover the IMA battery like I was told but Honda covered 95% of the $3000 and gave me a 3 year/36K mile warranty for the battery. I had 82K miles on it in less than 3 years of owning it which was 2K over the regular warranty on the IMA battery and Honda of Fife stepped up and covered it. I was given a rental car before I had to leave for our Oregon vacation and Honda had someone come out and pick it up. When I got back from vacation to pick up my Civic, I noticed that someone had run into my front bumper and scratched it up. I told Mark and he set it up to get painted and fixed. The painter did an amazing job and painted all my chips and scratches on the car at no cost to me. Thank You Honda of Fife and Mark for helping my family have a great vacation and for providing us with the excellent coverage and service. This is what makes Honda's reputation so great and keeps me buying them. Thank You! Brian

We bought our Honda Odyssey a Honda of Fife this past February and had the most wonderful experience! Cheryl was very helpful and informative through our purchasing process. Today we just took our van in to get checked out, because a sensor light was on and Dani Jimenez was very helpful in getting us taken care of in a very timely manner. On a side note my kids loved coming with me to get the complimentary popcorn, hot chocolate, cookies and play with the toys in the waiting area:)

I can't say how impressed I was with my recent car purchasing experience. In the purchase of my new Honda Accord just 2 days ago, right off the bat we were approached by a great sales representative that was very friendly and helpful. All the employees were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Particularly pleased with Jin Kwon who worked very hard to find the exact car for me. He answered all my questions. I got exactly what I wanted and love my new car. Their car inventory gives you lots of choices with model, color, and features. Dealership is clean, and easily accessible from the I-5 Freeway at Fife, Washington. Extremely pleased with everything at this dealership. Honda does a nice job in presenting their cars and training their staff members.

Honda Fife had to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. First Class operation and best prices in Northwest. Love my Accord. I will return. Derek White is knowledgeable and straight up good guy. Well worth the 3.5 hour drive from Kennewick Wa.
