Aimee Haenke was so great. We actually had fun buying a car from her, Steve was my first contact. He was great too, I was in on Monday met Steve... I couldn't sign anything until my Wife had seen the cars we were interested in..... Aimee on Weds handle the deal...great experience.

Routine service accomplished quickly, my questions answered, a trivial problem solved, and my car had been washed and vacuumed when I went to retrieve it. That to me is like the icing on a cake - makes me feel like my business is of value to the dealership.

Incredible Customer Service
Charlie was extraordinarily helpful in helping me to understand the car I was buying. Charlie helped me incredibly to understand the financial aspect of car buying as well which made every transition incredibly smooth. Charlie also explained the features of my car to me and helped me set up my blue tooth. I am more than happy and excited to send anyone to your dealership or to Charlie. There was also great team work between Charlie and Kelly. Kelly was extremely helpful to me in explaining the details of all the questions I had about the financial aspect of car buying and helping me to get the best deal and lowest interest rate possible. My experience could not have been any better.

Thanks for fixing a sudden problem
My truck started making a loud, scary noise when I was in town. I was so thankful that the I-5 Toyota service adviser took my truck right in on a busy Friday afternoon, and the problem was fixed (it was a small rock rubbing on a brake plate). The charge was very reasonable, and they washed my truck, too. I truly appreciate all the service experiences I've had at I-5 Toyota.
