Fitzgerald Auto Mall Wheaton

Talk about a shady used car dealer. I brought in a car to sell, they made an offer, and when I attempted to negotiate, they dropped their offer. Listen, if you don't want to buy used cars from people, Just don't do it, don't waste hours of our time and your own time coming up with an offer ,and then dropping the price after a negotiation. I will never do business with this type of company, and I hope that nobody else ever does either. Do business with a reputable sales company instead!

Fitzgerald Wheaton had been highly recommended to me by a good friend; indeed, I was not deceived! Paul is a wonderful car salesman as opposed to some that I have had to deal with in my past. All around great overall. We were able to make a quick car purchase. We had great service and they were able to take care of us.

Paul Cohen, my sales rep. was very helpful and informative about the car I purchased here. I am quite happy with it so far, and hope to have it for years to come. He was nice enough to bring the car from Gaithersburg to Wheaton to make it easier for me. I was able to finance the car there, at a rate comparable to what my bank offered. I would highly recommend Mr. Cohen and Fitzmall as a great place to purchase a car!

Overall a great experience. The gentleman that helped me was Paul. He was great and very patient. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions that I had. He also wasn't pushy but was clear in his communication about what all my options were regardless of whether or not I wanted to purchase them. The only negative was that we had to wait for sometime for the financing to go through. Our overall experience was great however, and if you ever go...ask for Paul he was great!

Buying a car is like welcoming in a new family member. You want everything to be perfect and in place for the new arrival. Being a straight shooter and requiring honesty and integrity I have to say THIS was the BEST place to find that and more. Paul was SO above board and quick to reply with questions and concerns. This dealership has a great family atmosphere and positive energy. If you truly need a quality car LOOK NO FURTHER. We are over the moon happy with our new arrival ;-)

The staff was extremely informative, helpful, and accomodating especially Nerry and George! I was able to get a great deal for my car and they were able to deliver the car and do paper work at a Target closer to my home. I would 10/10 buy from them again.
