Oil change in April

I was only disappointed because I was expecting my car to get a wash. What happened to that great bonus?? Thank you. You should allow people to not complete all of the questions because it is annoying.

Great ongoing service...Thanks!

Our experiences at LHM Honda Spokane have been nothing but great for over 4 years now. I'm on my second lease and will most likely purchase this one at the end of this lease.My 2012 Honda Accord was a very nice car, and LHM made the transaction painless. My 2015 Honda Civic EX with all the bells and whistles makes my life easier and more fun. She is ruby red and beautiful! Thanks Craig Reynolds for your help.

Honda CRV Touring

The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. The sales manager was pushy and gave the wrong information as to what features the car I bought contained.

Oil change

No greeting when I arrived at service, which is unusual. Maybe they were having a difficult morning, or something. I noticed this with other customers also. Car was not washed.

Service Review

My appointment was for 7:30am and I needed a ride only to the central YMCA on Lincoln. The shuttle driver had to drive someone home to the Newport Highway and did not get back to the dealership until 8:15. By that time, there were 9 people waiting for rides. I think that a person living that far out should have to wait until after the busiest shuttle time in the mornings. However, my overall experience at Larry Miller Honda has been positive.

Oil change on April 7, 2016

I really look forward to having my car washed as part of the service and just because the Spokane downtown Larry H. Miller is in a temporary facility, this still needs to be done. Also, I booked my service appointment on-line for 7:00am and the workers don't show up until 7:30am? This doesn't make sense! I do appreciate the service guy having my car done by 8:30am since I had another appointment at 9:00am.
