Kept me informed.

Kept me informed. Appreciated the shuttle service. Much more organized than previous visit. Would have appreciated attention to vacuuming the inside of my car.

If you're in search of an exceptional salesperson who truly listens to your needs and desires, maintains a calm demeanor, and exhibits patience, then look no further than Tanner. You'll find him situated on the Audi side of the split building. Having dealt with numerous car salesmen in the past, I can confidently say that Tanner is the epitome of authenticity and lacks any hint of excessive aggression. My experience with him was incredibly tranquil. On one occasion, I visited the dealership but decided not to proceed with a purchase. Remarkably, Tanner didn't take offense or apply any pressure on me. He genuinely wants you to make a purchase that you'll be satisfied with, ensuring you don't end up with something you dislike or a deal that doesn't align with your best interests. Impressed by his approach, I reached out to Auto Nation specifically to work with Tanner. Although I explored other dealerships and engaged with their salespeople, I ultimately found myself drawn back to Audi and Tanner. The second time I returned, he displayed exceptional kindness and ensured that the deal was tailored to my needs without any hint of pressure. As a result, I left with my new car and became a devoted customer of Audi. When the time comes for an upgrade, I will exclusively seek assistance from Tanner. Moreover, their Audi showroom is truly stunning. The finance representative beside Tanners space was also incredibly friendly and transparent. He was delightful to work with, never pressuring me about additional features, and provided thorough information about each option. Whether you're in search of a car or simply exploring your options, make this your first stop. I visited numerous dealerships from Seattle to here, and without a doubt, this place offers the finest service.

I came in to the dealership to look at a couple of vehicles with nothing particular in mind. My wife and I worked with Kristen and she made the entire process, quick, seamless, and above else PAINLESS! She was able to take something that I thought would cause me immense stress and headache, and turned it into the most pleasant experience I could have asked for. I love my new Audi A4 and will most definitely be back the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle!

Over the last few years this Audi/Volkswagon shop has gone through a lot of changes and some serious rough patches. The service center was not in good shape and I ended up having to go to another shop because I couldn't get my car in to be worked on let alone fixed. But, I went back this last month to get my daughter a car for college. After being away for over a year I didn't know what to expect... but I'm happy to tell you Austin and the crew have done a great job of overhauling the building (service center) and the customer service experience. This is the experience I expect from from an Audi VW dealership. What a difference. You did a great job and earned my business back. Loved our new salesperson Kristin Robideaux and sales manager Michael Markey who worked with me on every level. The service shop got ahold of me within hours and had the car done asap. I would absolutely send a friend here now. Hope this new wave continues on. Bravo to the entire team of old and new blood for pulling it together. Please keep up the good work. This place has come a long long way from where it was eighteen months ago. I just love a good redemption story. So happy to be a customer again.

I bought a 2018 Audi Q5 with 63,000 miles and new tires

I bought a 2018 Audi Q5 with 63,000 miles and new tires were installed by the dealer. They were Ironman IMOVE gen 2. Six months later we had an inch of snow and I slid sideways in my driveway. I then read on-line reviews that said these tires have poor or no traction in snow. I'm now waiting for my December 11th appointment at Costco to put on better all-seasons at the cost of $305 each. The price of the ones I received with the car is about $120. Since we have a lot of snow in Spokane and I live on the South Hill, using these tires is dangerous.

Dishonest Dealership

I bought a used vehicle here and before purchasing I reviewed the Carfax, the inspection report from Auto Nation, and recent repairs the dealership made prior to offering the car for sale. The inspection report was inaccurate and the repairs they claimed they did were never done. After purchasing the car, I took it to a local reputable shop for one concern. I left with an $8000 repair estimate for several problems. For example, Auto Nation claimed the tires were in good condition and had good tread life. The shop informed me that the tires were bald and the car wasn’t safe to drive. One of the tires was particularly bad because the alignment of the car was so off that the tire was rubbing against the car frame. Auto Nation’s inspection report claimed the car’s alignment did not need attention. The sales person showed me the recent repair work on the car which included a new window regulator due to the back window not working. They claimed Auto Nation spent $600 for the repair. The shop I brought the car to informed me that I needed a new window regulator but I told them the dealer already fixed it. They said it’s not fixed at all. Estimate was $500. Next was the rear shock- totally blown and another $800 fix. The list goes on … I realize it’s buyer beware; however, it’s flat out fraud when Auto Nation provides the buyer paperwork showing a clean inspection and any necessary repairs have been made but that information is completely false.

Service department A+

Jacob in the Service department explained things thoroughly, provided us his own loaner car for the day and was kind and courteous our entire visit. We had to leave our Audi for several hours, so it was amazing he loaned us his loaner rather than sit there for 6ish hours or make the shuttle driver take us everywhere!
