After dealing with the lost of our first Kia after only having it 30 day and the insurance messing around for three months. Kia overturf was easy to deal with. Only wish Kia corporation would do a better job communicating with them on where and when they were receiving cars!

I went into Kia Overturf with a very specific car in mind and they made it happen for me! I was very intimidated to go into a dealership alone as a young woman, but I had an amazing experience with all the staff, especially Shawn Graham!

Friendly, customer service oriented dealership void of any high pressure sales. Sales personnel willing to please and accommodate the customer. Both Justin and Brody were excellent in helping to close out our sale, providing answers to all our questions and needs. The most amazing experience. We walked in the door and Shawn greeted us. We told him what we were looking for and within 15 minutes he introduced us to the car we wanted. There was no pressure. Shawn was so easy to work with! The typical sales person experience was at the forefront of our minds and that was nerve wrecking. However Shawn was the opposite. He was kind, patient, and on top of things. The process was quick and we would gladly work with him again!
