He went above and beyond to make me comfortable during the entire process, answer all the never ending questions I had, ensure that the vehicle met my expectations, follow through the sale and even ensuring to oversee the vehicle pickup by the auto transportation company I hired to move it cross country to our home in Miami, FL. Likewise, Mr. Mark Neely Business Manager at Overturf VW, made the entire transaction crystal clear, handled preparing and overnighting all required paperwork for signature, arranged to have all necessary documentation sent to to the Auto Tag place to ensure timely vehicle registration in my home state. Everything was handled with precision, care and a flawless delivery. Can't say enough good things about my experience dealing with Shawn and Mark. They are both gentlemen and scholars.
