I went back and forth with them on the price of a new GR

I went back and forth with them on the price of a new GR Corolla over a two-week period. After some haggling, the dealer eventually accepted my offer. Prior to my closing the deal, someone from out of state offered more money for the car, but the manager and owner honored our previous arrangement even though at the time it was just a verbal commitment. Picked up the car today and it was prepped exactly how I asked it to be (no tire dressing, etc.). Could not be happier and I will buy from them again (I was already a returning customer). Mark from sales was great and very understanding and accommodating.

Mark was great!

Mark was great! He and the manager got me the price I wanted for my trade in so I could afford my car! Loving the Nissan I got from here!

The experience at Toyota of wallingford was excellent.

The experience at Toyota of wallingford was excellent. They took care of me as efficiently as possible and it was a pleasure working with everyone who helped me during my transfer of leased trucks. Eli and Dan were knowledgeable and on task, as we went through the financing, insurance and registration. They got me back on the road and back to work. I really appreciate everyone's help today.

This was the first time I did business with Toyota of Wallingford. The whole experience of buying a car from this dealership was awesome! Very helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and comfortable to be around, sales people. It's too bad it has taken me so long to find them!

Scammers!

Scammers! Thieves! Crooks! Pirates! There's not enough words in the english lexicon to describe how BAD this dealer is! They are asking a 10,000 dollar markup on the advertised price of the car. 10,000 over what they have posted online, 10,000 over what TOYOTA says the car is worth. I'd rather ride a unicycle with a deflated tire for the rest of my life than give Toyota of Wallingford a single penny. RUN - Don't walk - RUN away from this stealership.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I started off with the online chat, ended up booking an appointment for the next day to just start my looking process, and walked away with a used car. I had special requirements that they were able to accommodate which was great. Steve was very helpful through the whole process as was his team that day that helped me out.

Timothy was very friendly, nice, and helpful throughout the process of buying a new car. We went there only to see the car but we like Timothy’s explanation and bought the car. Again, great experience😊

Shannon was my service advisor, she's very knowledgeable and kind. The actual service didn't take long. The technician also had a few recommendations which I trusted and believed, but I didn't have enough time to wait that day.
