Mike, the used car manager listened to my concerns, wants and needs and helped walked me through the process of buying a used car. Angel the salesman was informative and helpful when I started narrowing down my decision and on pick up day explaining everything in my new car before I drove away. On pick up day, it was smooth. Angel kept in touch the entire time before and during the process. Dan in finance was organized and made the final step of this process quick and painless. I recommend Toyota of Wallingford to family and friends frequently.

We had a very relaxed and no pressure experience. Fred being the salesman was knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests. He was patient with all of our questions and took a friendly, professional approach. Top notch guy. Dan handled the finance portion of the sale and was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He presented options and walked us through them in a low pressure manner. This was overall a great experience, especially when the deal was completed, we were impressed and appreciative of the owner coming out to introduce himself, congratulated us on our new purchase and asked for feedback. This was my second purchase at Toyota of Wallingford. My first purchase was in 2007 and my experience with them was great so that is why I went back to purchase a second vehicle from them 14 years later. This experience was just as great! The sales rep Angel was very helpful and very informative. I did not feel any pressure from him and felt that I got a good deal. He was very very friendly and very pleasant to work with. I have been dealing with them since 2001 and Elvin ha always taken care of me. Also , the service department is very good, despite the situation we are all in now. Was unable to visit since last January for service and has to go to my local Firestone. Got my oil done 1-2-20 with a waiting appointment.

Jimmy is a outstanding individual. I was on a tight budget and wanted a certain type of vehicle. Since Jimmy has a mechanical background he understood my needs. I wanted something easy to own and maintain. We settled on a 2018 camry and this was a huge step up from my beater crown vic ex police car. I had never filled out a credit application before and he made it easy for me. I would absolutely recommend Jimmy and would buy another car from toyota of wallingford. This is actually the 2nd used car my wife and I have bought from this dealership. In total this is the 6th vehicle our family has purchased from toyota of wallingford. As a side note the parts department was very helpful when I was restoring my 1988 4runner.
