This is our second car from this dealership and we will not buy anywhere else. Everybody is so helpful and down to earth that you feel like you are dealing with family but at the same time they are all very professisonal and pleasant to work with. They took care of all my needs and i cannot forsee going to another dealership.Ricky goes through the vehicle in detail and gloria is professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. The first car we had some credit issues and Sohail helped us out. Today my credit is on the right path and i thank them for all their help.

This was the only dealer that I visit, and after dealing with them I didn't see no need to visit another dealer. I've dealt with this dealership before and there experience only gets better. Mike and Gloria were not pushy like other dealers I have dealt with in the past. Very professional

Great customer service and great buying experience

I purchased a car from Toyota of Wallingford and even before purchasing, the sales rep Dan Roberts had emailed me back as soon as possible thanking me for being interested in Toyota of Wallingford. He as well answered all my questions about a specific car I was interested in as well as taking a video of the car and showing in the video all of the cars details. Dan Roberts also answered all my phone calls through the day and made it very easy for myself to decide to choose Toyota of Wallingford. He was very honest and informative. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer after searching through other dealerships. He did not come off as other sales personel did at other dealerships, he was very patient and assertive. I put a down payment on the vehicle and picked the vehicle up on a saturday where Dan and a wonderful woman Gloria had greeted me. Gloria and Dan already had most of the paperwork filled out and all I had to do was sign, it was that easy. They made the transition of the paperwork from Connecticut to New York as simple as possible and I did not have to step into the DMV at all. Gloria was a very nice and kind lady and Had me feel that she was a member of my own family. She as well was very honest and kind and I can not say enough good things about Gloria and Dan. It was as if I was buying a car from a family member or close friend of the family.

Great experience.

Just bought a 2013 Rav4 from Toyota of Wallingford.Our salesperson was Celina Mason.Nothing but good things to say about her.Knowledgeable,polite and totally helpful.We test drove one model but wanted a different interior color which they didn't have.Throughout the process Celina was constantly in touch with me updating me daily which to me is very important.Always follow up with your customers and keep them imformed...Everone we dealt with incuding Gloria were totally professional and curtious..I would totally buy from them again and recommend the dealership....Thanks Celina,Marcelle loves the RAV!!!!

We just bought a Rav4 from Toyota of Wallingford.Our sales person was Celina Mason.Totally professional,curtious ,very knowledgeable and helpful.The thing I liked best was she ALWAYS followed up and kept us informed throughout the whole process.Thanks again celina for a pain free transaction!!! lol I would buy another car from Celina and the dealership any time and recommend them highly...P.S. Celina, Marcelle loves the RAV!!!! I would also like the thank Gloria who was totally helpful and always funny during the finance part of the transaction..Thaks Gloria!!

Recently my family ran into a money snag and we found we were spending almost $500 on gas a month alone, just for work. We decided to shop around for the best car that would be most economical for us. After visiting a lot of websites and reading a whole bunch of reviews we decided to give the Toyota Prius a try. I can't tell you how relived I felt after we made our decision. Toyota of Wallingford made our shopping experience one of the best we have ever had. The exceptional customer service from all that assisted us made the experience all well worth it. The knowledge of information provided to use about this car confirmed our decision on buying the Toyota Prius. Just the piece of mind that Toyota stands by it's product providing 24 HR roadside assistance, lifetime oil changes and lifetime battery change. How can you beat that! Thanks to all who helped us, I am a very satisfied customer.

You Never Forget Your First Car

We have been looking for a Dodge Avenger for my son's first car, and when we saw a 2010 for sale at Toyota of Wallingford we were delighted. I have a 2003 Echo that I purchased there and have been very happy with the car and the service. When I found out that Toyota of Wallingford would also service the Avenger, our decision was made. Their maintenance and repair work is always done in a timely and professional manner and the people there couldn't be more helpful. We made our decision to purchase my son's car based on the excellent service we have experienced with Toyota of Wallingford. We want to give a special shout out to Mike Cote for making the whole experience just as exciting as a first car should be! Thanks, Mike!

Bill buller

This was one of the best sales experiences of my life. Frank Pagalucia was my salesperson. He was straight forward, answered all my questions, and pointed out details I wasn't aware of. Shail Butt in finance couldn't have made the paperwork clearer and simpler. I will be buying my next car from Frank at Toyota Scion of Wallingford.

Great experience!

After an accident which totaled our not-so-old van, we were in immediate need of a replacement vehicle. After discussing crossover vs. van we opted instead to look at small pick-ups. At the recommendation of friends from upstate New York, we chose to look at the Toyota Tacoma. We already knew of the reliability of Toyota products per friends and reports so chose to go to our local dealership, Toyota of Wallingford. We were immmediately taken care of by Steve Rincon who went over all features, price, delivery, etc. After going for a test drive we decided to purchase the truck we had driven. We were able to pick up the new truck within the week and return our rental in a timely manner. Steve instructed us on all the features of the truck and even connected our phones to the car via bluetooth! This is very exciting to have this feature which would have taken us some time to figure out. Steve was very friendly, professional, and a great salesman. Our truck is great, comfortable, and fun to drive. We will be happy to recommend Toyota of Wallingford as a dealership and Steve Rincon as a terrific salesman.
