Great experience
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our brand new TLX from Thomas Ng. Excellent service and friendly dealer
my car lease was expiring and a wanted to change fo a brand new car. Paragon Acura help me to continue with a new lease without problems. My dealer person Alexander matallana was great and helpful . They also have snacks and good coffee . I recommend them to get your car

waste of time
I inquired about specific car and corresponded with their sales/customer support, they followed up and asked me to come in. I went there, waited but the car was not available. They wasted my time, no apologies from sales person or anything. Then they keep messaging me from different departments asking if all my question were answered, etc. - clearly there is no communication between sales, marketing and management.

Very nice and patient
The thing I like about is that they give snacks to customers and they have good deals. Thomas he talks good Chinese and Einglish that helps me lot!
