I have had my Honda's serviced since moving to the Pittsburgh area in 2012. I also purchased a new 2018 CR-V from Baierl which has been very reliable and enjoyable. What distinguishes Baierl from other Honda dealers in the 50 years I've owned Honda's is the knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm of their Service Advisors, most especially Ms. Shauna Hawkins and Mr. John Kurta.

I have had my Honda vehicles serviced here since 2006.

I have had my Honda vehicles serviced here since 2006. Service has always been performed in a timely manner,( depending on what you need done ) if you have an appointment and are waiting. They used to have a nice shuttle service that made 2 daily runs to downtown, drop off and pick up, which I took advantage of several times. They keep you informed of the status of your vehicle being serviced, the video inspection is a new feature to see the under carriage of your vehicle, brakes etc. .
