Service was above and beyond expectations. Joe was wonderful to deal with, very professional and friendly. The mechanic, Mr. Murphy, was very accommodating and kind. He explained work done on my CRV in a way that I could understand. I appreciated the warmed up and ready new loaner car on a cold day. Also, my car was washed, which I much appreciated. Very good experience!

The whole team is amazing! I’ve been a customer for 5 years and have always had my expectations exceeded! Mike Juliano is the BEST service advisor. This past service was an express service and ASHLEY was my advisor who also is fab! I’ve even had JOE as an advisor one time when Mike was off and he too was great. Frankly, I bought my new hinda pilot to replace an older pilot and picked Bairel Honda totally because of the service team!

Great Experience
Just recently leased a new car from Honda. Our sales rep Jim was wonderful and easy to work with. He was extremely knowledge about the car we were looking for. He answered all of our questions. I would definitely work with Jim again. I also brought my other Honda in for service. The service team did a great job and got my car back to me in a timely manner. I will continue to get my car serviced by Honda.
