Bill Page Honda

I just recently bought a 2016 Honda Civic from Bill Page Honda and I have to say it was one of the more pleasant experiences I've had at a dealership. The dealers really weren't just looking to make a sale they made sure that I got what I was looking for. I highly recommend Bill Page Honda in Falls Church, VA.

December 21, 2015 We buy multiple cars from this dealership for our family every couple of years. We like and suggest Mike Assadi if you are looking for a used car. Contacting the associates by phone or email is simple. If you have any issues, do not remain quiet and leave the dealership frustrated. Definitely, reach out to Tyrone Brown (Customer Relations Director). He actually cares about your concerns and will make sure they are resolved. We recently had an issue with pinstripes on one of the cars and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. I would encourage you to find associates that you like, preferably one from sales and another from service. I would then build a relationship and deal primarily with those two people when possible. Although not at all necessary, it will simplify things when buying, leasing, and servicing.

Greeted by a young man named David (Salesperson), He is very respectful and very knowledgeable about the Honda product. Helped me get a great deal on a Honda Odyssey, and made my family fall in love with the odyssey when he was showing it to my family and I. We are truly happy with our purchase. I highly recommended calling the dealership and setting up an apmt with him, or even just go in to the dealership and ask for him. He will make you forget about the stereotypes the world has set on salespeople. He doesn't look at it as a sale but rather a friend making sure you receive nothing but the best.

I was in the market for a new 2016 van and went to a couple of other dealers. I'm glad I came to this dealership. I found Thierry and Warfa both to be very knowledgeable and super friendly. They took the time to make sure I was making the right decisions for me. I feel blessed to be apart of this Honda Family.

Osaba, a fine lady with a great personality and great customer service skills. I had the best experience to be the first time to purchase a car at this place. By far the best experience we've had buying cars. Everyone my husband and I interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly and low pressure. Never once experienced aggressive sales tactics. Great prices on great CARS. Yes we went in there to buy one (a used Mini Cooper) and we left with a brand new CRV for me too! Sayeed very kind and sweet. Finance manager Warfa was especially knowledgeable amazing! He's a "magic man", frankly. Oualid also very patient explaining the features of a techy new car! Thank you for making what would normally be a stressful experience one that was easy and we left smiling! the only reason why I didn't give it five stars for quality of work is the interior windows weren't cleaned well and there were greasy smudges around the outside of the car.

Their manager, Imran, was straight up and honest, with minimal back and forth. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and didn't do any of the expected salesperson spiel. Staff was personable, my first visit they were't hounding after me out the door. Aside from Honda recommended wheel locks, their cars weren't loaded with extra stuff to force you to pay hugely marked up pin-stripes or wind guards. Sales person took me on a tour while my car was being appraised and I got to meet their extremely friendly service staff. Worth the drive from Baltimore. Go see Almis Isse.

Very friendly "low-pressure" sales team. Great price. No aggressive sales tactics, just a very good price on a beautiful car. Warfa (business manager) went out of his way to deliver when I came in to pick up the car. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had an excellent buying experience at Bill Page Honda. Our salesman, Walid, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was also not pushy about getting us to purchase the car. Overall, it just felt the way we wanted it to, and not like our experiences at some other dealerships we visited felt. You know that feeling? Like you're just one of the sales that is going to get them closer to the daily/weekly/monthly number they're trying to hit? That is not how we felt with Walid and the rest of the team at Bill Page. We arrived late in the 7 o'clock hour, talked to Walid a bit about what we were looking for, took a test drive of the vehicle for a while, and then started working the numbers. It ended up that we were ready to purchase the vehicle that day, so the team ended up staying late into the night to process our paperwork, including transferring our plates and registration from our trade-in to the new car so we don't have to go to the DMV for anything. We drove our new 2016 Honda Pilot off the lot and are very happy with it and the entire experience.
