Hope you don't get the "mechanic" I got!!!

Took my car in for an oil change and an inspection. Was told I needed rear brake pads and rotors. I opted to take the car to my friends garage for the brakes. Turns out I do need rear pads and rotors which they told me,but my front brakes are completely gone, metal to metal. The "mechanic" who looked at my vehicle should be fired. The service writer and everyone else were great.

Josh Figueiredo was the perfect sales representative in my eyes. Real as they come, knowledgeable, and relatable. Between Josh and Sergey G not one second of my time was wasted playing any games. We picked out my vehicle talked some numbers and I drove it home that night. I highly recommend these two gentleman. If you want a professional no nonsense experience.

I have only the best to say about DeAndrae Coke the Sales

I have only the best to say about DeAndrae Coke the Sales manager in charge of our purchase. He went above and beyond to make things right for our family, when he heard the hardship we went through at another local dealership. He understood where we were coming from as a hard working young family, and respected all of our conditions and needs. He didn't up-sale us, instead he gave us options and we went with what was most comfortable for us, our fully loaded Infiniti Luxe which made it feel so right! He is a very busy man and it's because he is the best, most caring and down to earth car sales man I've come across. We didn't feel pressured, instead we felt reassured he would help us overcome our previous failed Infiniti purchase and experience at the another dealership. Our little daughter who is 6 years old was treated like a little princess by all, the General manager she is amazing, made Sofie feel as special as she truly is to us. It felt like we were walking into our family's home and not Kelly Infiniti. I hope this is the beginning to a great dealership-Client relationship and to continue to get the same treatment for all of our future visits. DeAndrae, has been keeping in touch every week since our purchase to make sure we are happy, he shows that he really cares and means what he always says to us, " I have your back"!

Deandre Coke made my experience with Kelly infinity worth every penny spent! As soon as I showed interest in the car he emailed me right away, Was very quick to respond to all emails answered all the questions I had and fit everything into my budget. I explain to him that the car was exactly what I’ve been searching for and he made that happen for me. A really nice family guy who obviously enjoys his job. If you are looking to buy a car give this guy a call he’s awesome. Not to mention I was limited on time and made sure I was able to drive off the lot with the car of my dreams. I give this guy a 15 out of 10 he’s a great guy and you definitely want to do business with him.
