    My husband and I were getting different quotes on cars for his little sister. She???s a first time car owner and newer at driving so we weren???t the easiest... customers. At Mazda in Ramsey NJ, we were met with smiling faces and optimistic attitudes. Victor Jacobson was our sales consultant and he couldn???t have been more helpful! He answered every question on safety, pricing etc. and really worked his hardest to get us a good deal. His sales manager Mike Abreu, whom worked very closely with Victor, was the same. Mike made sure we were accommodated and comfortable with what she would be paying. If you are in the market for a new car PLEASE go to Mazda!!

    The very few 2019 CX5 are just trickling down to dealer lots at this time (11/2018). Ramsey Mazda did not have our color/future combination so we bought... the car from another lot. Even so I ended up purchasing my new 2019 CX5 from another dealership I wanted to take a moment to share an outstanding service Joseph Guadalupe from Ramsey Mazda has provided to my wife and I. We test drove CX5 with Joe and he was guiding us, answering many questions honestly for several weeks before we bought the car. He was genuine, responsive, very professional, knowledgable, calm, no pressure and extremely helpful. Even when I told him I will be buying the car from another dealer he remained true, understanding and did not put any pressure on us. I would not hesitate to recommend Ramsey Mazda and Joe to my family and friends.

    I had a leased, CX5 and just came in for an Oil Change. My lease was coming up at the end of March 2019. I stopped just to see what options I would have... at the end of the lease. I was greeted very friendly by EricTaylor. Very pleasantly Eric started to show me my options. Before I knew it I was greeted by Mike Abreu. Mike was the also, so pleasant and helpful. I was feeling so confortable and happy that I had no doubt that I would definitely would chose another Mazda, even though my daughter worked for BMW and always tried to persuade me to get a BMW. Even though I have some credit problems, they both treated me like I was worth Millions. The atmosphere at this dealer was so relaxed friendly by everyone. Every time, everyone made sure I was confortable. Mike and Eric worked so well together, they were not pushy, not imposed there opinions, they were very friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable` There priority was to please me and help in my choice and needs. That day I left a deposit with a car in mind. after Mike Abreu took an application and got me approved for a new car, a dream that I would not think that it would come true. I returned the next day with my 5 year old granddaughter, which was welcomed by Erick and Mike like she was the most important princess walking into that dealer. That gesture by them won my heart and business. My granddaughter is one of my biggest treasure in life. Eric immediately, before thinking of a sale, invited my granddaughter to the snack bar. My granddaughter was in her glory, immediately she said I love this place. Mike came over to greet us, once again treated my granddaughter like the most important customer. He even brought over a toy for her. Once again at that point I was so happy. After talking to my daughter the night before I was not sure of leasing a Mazda: however, after dealing with Mike Abreu and Erick Taylor I had no doubt in my decision. They were very patient in working out the best deal for me. I LOVE MAZDA. when I decided on a car, I dealt with Ron Lupo, another excellent experience. He was pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. The best of all I love how united they all work together. Mr. Lupo went out of his way to help me closing the deal. I walked away from his office with an appointment already schedule for my first service in couple of months. My granddaughter was the happiest person looking at all the choices and felt like a princess between all of them. She chose the color and the car that she liked the most. I was driving home and I could not believe the beautiful, confortable and reliable car that I was driving, I will recommend this dealer to everyone that I have an opportunity to do so. I want to personally thank ERIC TAYLOR, MIKE ABREU AND RON LUPO, for their welcomed, professionalism, knowledge and best of all how humble and wonderful human being they are. Wow!! I saw how customer and best of all between their coworkers and they Exceed in every way. I loved everything about this dealer and I also want to mention that the repair shop is also another wonderful experience that I had the last three year and will hopefully continue to enjoy for years to come with my new Mazda. ERIC, MIKE AND RUN on behalf of my daughter and my self, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! for all you guys did for us! MAY GOD BLESS EACH ONE OF YOU ALWAYS !!

    Just recent bought a new car from Ramsey Mazda, and they were a pleasure to deal with. They were direct and honest throughout the process. Pressure-free... test drive, gave me time to think it over without persistent follow ups, and closed the deal at a great price later that week in less than 2 hours. Adonis, my salesman, was great to work with, and I would highly recommend him and the entire dealership to anyone in considering a new car.

    When my family decided to purchase Mazda CX5, I made a list of dealers within 250 miles around my house. Believe me or not there are 144 dealers in NJ,... NY, CN, and PA, but not all of them even have Mazda cars in stock! My list became much shorter when I choose only high volume dealer. For my surprise, most of the dealer hide the price or even don't reply to my request. There were only about 15 dealers providing me with honest pricing and the price range between dealers was huge. Justin from Ramsey Mazda gave me one of the best offers and importantly it was a detail and clear answer. Then it was easy. We came at Ramsey Mazda. Justin explained all the details of the deal. I signed the contract and my brand new car was delivered in a few days. Justin explained all the details about my new car and I feel that Justin like to make me happy about my purchase. When I finalized the deal with Donovan, there was no pressure that I suppose to purchase extra contracts or accessories. No tips, hidden prices, nothing. Very good experience. In summary, it was hard to find a good dealer and negotiate the price. With Ramsey Mazda, you might be sure to have a good deal. You feel like you are an important client. Finally, I feel happy to be the owner of my new Mazda CX5. Few tips. Most people do believe that their can negotiates a better price by the end of the month. Not sure if it is true our days. But definitely, it is better to come at Ramsey during the weekday. You will have much more attention, as there are so many customers on Saturday.
