Norris Daniel was our Service Supervisor. He was excellent!! Took care of me immediately & had my car repair done that afternoon on the same day I brought it in & also had it washed and ready to go when I came to pick it up. Thank you Norris.

The service was excellent.

The service was excellent. The experience, expertise and attention of the customer service provider, Frank Perez was excellent. The timeliness of the repairs and services was also excellent.

I ONLY get my GLB serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I love all the Mercedes swag too. There could be 20 people in the service area and my service advisor, Frank Perez, makes me feel like I?m his only customer. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and I will continue to have my car ?Mercedes maintained? there!

First service car was picked up.

First service car was picked up. At request of Dealer I moved my service appointment earlier. I did not hear from the service department the first day until I called in the evening when I was told the car would not be returned until next day. This forced me to block a second day as I needed to be around to exchange cars. Point being simple 1st time sevice was 2 days and I was not notified by service department of delay in returning car

I broke the glovebox lock on my old Mercedes Cabriolet.

I broke the glovebox lock on my old Mercedes Cabriolet. The replacement had to be manufactured in Germany. This dealer made it happen...took awhile, but now it is fixed. GREAT SERVCE DEPARTMENT!!!
