This experience was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. I did my application online and Jennifer Newton immediately started working on it. She had the deal done in no time, and when I went in to pick up the car she had found me a better rate with less money down. I was in and out in less than an hour. Inquired about a vehicle Sunday evening and James called me first thing Monday morning. Set up a time to come in and James gave me the keys to test drive. No high pressure sales or haggling price to worry about. I could tell James was busy but he did not seem rushed and gave me the time and attention needed to make a decision. Unlike other dealerships in the area they protected themselves and their customers with masks, cleaning, and distancing which I respected.

I haven't had a new car in 15 years. I was extremely nervous about getting a new car since it had been so long. I found my new car on the website and Chris was very helpful and professional. This was during phase 1 of Covid-19 hence my nerves as well. It was a little hectic but, Chris did a great job multitasking and taking care of us and others. He was constantly helping someone with a smile. I'm in customer service industry myself and kudos Chris!! I did feel at ease as there was someone who was cleaning the tables and chairs felt clean and safe. Thank you I love my new car!!!
