Purchased new vehicle in less the 2 hours

Jennifer was GREAT!!!! She really asked the questions to get to know what I was looking for and worked to get me what I wanted. She had everything ready when I got there and I purchased a brand new vehicle in less then 2 hours at the dealership!!!! I love it!!! Normally you shop for a new car and its an all day ordeal, but Jennifer had everything ready!!!! Definitely would recommend this dealership and Jennifer to help you!!!!

Great job

James Hargis did a great job they delivered my car to me and let me look it over before I signed for it. James was very health-conscious he wore gloves and face mask to protect me and him from this very bad corona virus going around .

After seven years of remaining loyal to the ‘Tom gill...

After seven years of remaining loyal to the ‘Tom gill advantage’ I bring my low mileage car into the dealer to get my hard earned ‘free’ tires. I am told the offer expired after six years, while this is legally true and the service manger eventually agreed to grant me two free tires as long as I bought two others. Meh. I have modified my review, originally I gave them one star but in light of coming partway toward the right way to reward my loyalty, only after I asked to better their offer of one free tire, they agreed to two. Obviously I did not expect to pay for any of my new tires.

The crew at Tom Gill was awesome. They went above and beyond to meet all my needs and put me i a car I wanted. Jordan has been great as well. He has helped with all my problems and questions and has checked up on me weekly to make sure things are doing good.

Buying my first car

Bobby was a great help when I purchased my first car at Tom Gill. I would recommend Tom Gill to all family and friends. The customer service is excellent and he was able to work with us to make a deal with my trade-in. He even helped clean the car before we drove it off the lot!

New record Matt was great

Arranged sale by phone and email then arrived at 11:45 and was out at 12:15 a new record for me in least amount of time spent at the dealership. Some people love the dealership experience and want it to last, I'm not that customer.
