Unprofessional handling of purchase trans action

I tried to purchase a vehicle online from this dealership. The sales rep on the phone said she would take care of it and send me the commitment to purchase instead of having me go through the online transaction. She didn't send anything nor call back and I had to call her back twice. I told her I wanted to buy the car NOW and not to sell it, and to please get me the information. She said she would get it to me, and would not sell the car. After waiting, and waiting, and being very frustrated. I finally hear from her and she says we sold the car. I do not understand why this lady did not allow me and basically refused to allow me to purchase the vehicle. But instead kept me on hold so her buddy could sell it to his client. Extremely, unprofessional, unethical, and probably illegal.

Talked to Harry at their pre owned lot,great guy very straight forward and honest. Harry went out of his way to show me cars I might be interested in. He didn't have what I was looking for but I was very pleased with his professionalism.

New Jeep Willys

I had been looking for several months for the right jeep. I needed up at Ron Lewis about an hour from home. Ran into Justin Black in the lot he said he was new and did I have questions. He was very polite and respectful,good handshake and eye contact. I enjoyed my experience during the process and am very statified.

Jeep Wrangler

I had brought my Jeep Wrangler in due to engine leaking out and the transmission coming out of 1 st gear the engine is fine except for the fact that one of the bolts was missing from the engine to the transmission the transmission still coming out of 1 gear. Ed told me that it was a shift boot so I decided to go to AAMCO and they told me it was internal I guess RON LEWIS can't rebuild a manual transmission 2 year warranty is no good I guess oh the bill for my repair was 7,700.00 I guess I'll never go back to this dealership again And you should steer clear also

Amber or Abby can't remember her name but a service advisor

Called to ask for prices for a few items needed done on my car. She gave me outrageous prices & didn't know what she was talking about. I called back spoke To Chris & he gave me correct info & his prices were hundreds of dollars less than what the girl advisor told me. He said she does not know what she is doing
