Sales person Harry Haser was excellent. No pressure and showed total interest in what we were looking for to try and accommodate us. Justin Meyers made the sale all happen for us and the two together were a great team. Made it a pleasurable experience instead of being tense and pressured. We will definately spread the word of the great service and will go back for next car.

Just bought a used 2012 VW PASSAT from Chris Leon at the cranberry location. Chris was awesome working with me to give me the best deal for my purchase. I was givin an amazing value for my trade in and was done in less than 3 hours and that's including the test drive an looking over the car etc... I spoke to them in the process of vehicle shopping. They answered all my questions quickly and to the point. They did not hassle me repeatedly about purchasing from them. They followed up to see where I was in my process but were not pushy. I highly recommend them even though I have not bought a vehicle from them.

By far the worst purchase experience I have ever had. Sales Associate was very nice, both Managers on site were terrible. One was high pressure(sign the paperwork) and the other operated as 'good cop'. Car was going to auction you have to buy today etc. The day we purchased was terrible, issue with the Jeep's back window. Took 2 hrs to resolve and Manager just kept asking me to sign today. They lost my check, we drove off the lot gas light came on after about 5 miles and went to use the windshield wipers the next day and the rubber had peeled off. If you want a stereotypical car buying experience with haggling, lack luster customer service and total disregard for details this is the place for you.
