Good Service

I had my Jeep serviced for recalls and they were prepared and ready for my vehicle. The service department had all my paperwork ready in advance and made the process quick and professional. They delivered my vehicle clean and within a a timely manner. I will return for future service

Ron Lewis was a nice comfortable place to purchase a vehicle. James was my sell guy and he was very nice and easy to talk to. Everyone else there was all so friendly.

Painless

This is the 2nd time I have been in the service dept for my Jeep Latitude . the first time was kind of a disaster , all those stars I gave them this time would not be there the first time . All problems from the first time were settled and I was treated well even in my rage . This time I was in was a whole different experience , I was treated well , my bill was exactly as expected and I was kept in the loop with the progression of my vehicle . I cant ask for anything more . they deserve the favorable rating .

UNBELIEVABLE DEAL

I thought I was a few years away from upgrading my jeep but with the help of Tyler Kison and Justin Searle they made it possible sooner than I could ever imagine. They even fed me lunch while I was waiting for finance. In finance, Gabe Lutz was amazing with his expertise on rustproofing and extended warranties. I left the dealership that day with my jeep of a lifetime, thanks to these fine gentlemen. PS Thanks guys and keep up the great work!!!

vince in service department!!

amazing service from vince this past week. got all my jeep needs taken care of in a timely manner while it was being inspected. told him i needed to be out by a certain time. which i know is difficult to do. but he did! i have ways had great visits there wether it was service time or buying two vehicles there. i will continue to go back for sure!! thanks vince!!!!

5 times, 5 great cars and experiences

In January of 2015 my wife and I traded our 2012 Challenger RT for a 2015 Dart GT. This was our fifth car buying experience with CCJD and our first with salesperson Paul Morando. Like our other experiences, both the salesperson Paul and the entire staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, realistic, and respectful. While we now have two vehicles that we now plan to keep long-term, we will absolutely continue to make Cranberry Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram our one-stop for vehicle shopping. Great dealership, good service dept, etc.

Saved My Vacation

My Family was out of town visiting for the holidays and found a leak from our 2014 Town and Country. I called every Chrysler dealership in the area and Vince at Ron Lewis was the only one that said he would get the van in to take a look at before I got back on the Road to Virginia. Great Service advisor! More service departments should have a guy like Vince! Thanks for saving my holidays Vince!
