I arranged to come in from DC to purchase a specific RAM2500 that only Ron Lewis had. Although the weather was terrible, they were ready as scheduled, and had me in and out and back on my way to DC as promised. They matched pricing I found on Cars.com elsewhere so I feel I got a fair deal.

From the time we put our car in park Tyler was there to help. He held the doors open for my wife and I and simply said "how can I help you two"? We came into the dealership and Tyler made us at home right away. Having done some research myself I asked to see a Black 2015 Limited, in seconds Tyler said we have just what you are looking for. In minutes he ran down to the other Ron Lewis dealership to get our Jeep. He pulled it into the lot with and was instantly excited to get me in the driver seat. As we started the test drive Tyler began telling me all about the car, and I could tell how genuine he was. Over the last 10 years I have managed hotels for Marriott in 4 different states so customer service is my life. Tyler?s service was right on par with what I would expect at one of my hotels. The car was great so we decided to make the deal happen on our first visit. As I had researched this vehicle for some time I actually had appointments to see the same Jeep at 2 other dealerships but based on the service we had NO interest in going any further then Tyler and the staff at Ron Lewis.
